Main disadvantages: Pinxo (the restaurant) was closed for a holiday in august. No hooks for towels in the room.

Main advantages: The location is great, all main attractions are nearby.The hotel staff is very welcoming (Judieth, esp) The room was small, but clean. There are no hooks for towels to put after taking a shower. There is no need to have breakfast at the hotel (29 euro), as you can go to other places around and enjoy the food and the surroundings. Angelina is 5 min walk, where Coco Chanel used to have a cup of hot chocolate. All in all we loved the hotel.

Main disadvantages: The male receptionists are not that friendly and less willing to accommodate any requests. Go to the ladies, and definitely try to find Fatine. She will make your visit perfect.

Main advantages: We loved the location that allowed us to walk to all the main points of the main part of old Paris including the Eiffel Tower (45-50 minute walk). The area is extremely safe. The shop owners and staffing all speak English and appreciate our failed attempts in French. The hotel is clean and up to the standards of any hotel in the same category in the States.
