Main disadvantages: Room was too hot and no way to cool it down (no airconditionning, no fan, no windows that can open). Bed was ok - I would have expected better quality for the money. Room furniture was low quality - again, I would have expected better quality for the money. Free internet, but super slow.

Main advantages: Excellent location, nice views, friendly and helpful staff.

Main disadvantages: Hotel was fine but in my opinion it didn't seem to know whether it was a business hotel (no safe or desk with task lighting) or holiday hotel which needed a restaurant available in the evening for when travellers arrive back exhaused from sightseeing.

Main advantages: Amazing foyer - great views over Lyons, reasonable room.

Main disadvantages: The only thing is the hotel telphone which is a record telephone but no one answer no matter how long you wait!

Main advantages: The perfect location of the hotel where you need only 3 minus walk to the train station. And the wondeful view of the room which you can see the whole city view of Lyon! Great View! Room size is alright.

Main disadvantages: Shower was broken. Expected softer towels in a four star hotel.

Main advantages: Friendly, helpful staff. Excellent concierge - gave excellent directions and recommendations. Wonderful views from the lounge/bar area. Great breakfast.

Main disadvantages: The air conditioning could have been more efficient, but we were given a fan.

Main advantages: We found the service by staff excellent, with incredibly helpful concierges and reception staff. Although the hotel was full, nothing was too much trouble for them. After travelling for two weeks, we found our room the height of luxury, with a most comfortable bed, and amazing bathroom. It was very good value, and we only wished we had had the time to stay longer.

Enzo Brussels, Belgium - Individual tour

Main disadvantages: The hotel could use a (though small) facelift....and I guess this is what they are currently doing (top restaurant was closed, breakfast to be taken on ground floor (view less interesting, only 1 out of 2 elevators was working).

Main advantages: The view from the 39th floor is excellent! Staff is very polite and helpful.
