Main disadvantages: Check in / front desk staff: not helpful, snobbish, looking to squeeze evry dime from the Customers. Not friendly. Slow elevators. Slow internet service, although it is advertised as"high speed".

Main advantages: Concierge staff very helpful.

Main disadvantages: Staff out front was a little too busy greeting the happy few in their supercars; while the rest of the paying public got short schriff. We realize that the staff want to have fun too; but the preferential treatment was a little too obvious.

Main advantages: This is a wonderful example of a redone property that topped expectations.

Main advantages: I've stayed here before and enjoyed it so much that I decided to stay here again. The location is unbeatable. Close to restaurants and shopping and the train station is a 10 to 15 minute walk away if you are so inclined to want to go further down south. The staff are very helpful as well. Will definitely go back again :)

Main disadvantages: I asked the Hotel Front Desk to extend my stay at Hotel for four more nites in addition to the four nites done by Booking.com...One new hired employee first cancelled reservation done Booking.com and applied the rack rate done by hotel...then I asked another front desk agent eve and she corrected the previous mistake...but the four nites extended after Booking.com reservations remained in very high level. Another mistake also involving income was done by Hotel charging 63,00 Euros to cover Plage Divers...I Dont know what is this...expect reeimbursement of such amount.

Main advantages: Hotel Staff...terrific...Very friendly response to all needs.

Main advantages: The staff were courteous and efficient and they communicated in English well. The location of the hotel is also very convenient. It is fronting the promenade along the beacj front and a short distance to shopping area and train station.

Main disadvantages: The food (very mediocre for a 5 star hotel!) and the absence of TV films (not necessarily X-rated). It's almost unthinkable that there should not be an offering of films in a hotel of this rank! Also, the valet parking caused a slight damage to my (rented) car. I informed the concierge that if I am billed for it by the rental agency I will send you the bill!

Main advantages: the pool delightful, the service excellent.
