Main disadvantages: Breakfast is nice but can be better if they sone vegtibles. the bed is not so comfortable as we wxpected.

Main advantages: Very good service and hospitality from the reception lady that worked in the mornings, answering every question and travel advices. She also gave us free internet access while the other reception employees told us it cost money. Cute well designed hotel. Huge bed

Main disadvantages: There is nothing to complain about, its a great hotel and a great value for your money.

Main advantages: Extremely nice staff, always polite and helpful. A big thankyou to Vanessa for making our stay in Paris a pleasure. We have definately found our hotel in Paris. Very close to the Metro and easy access to everything in Paris.

Main advantages: i love the staff of opera Frochot! I love Vanessa from the 'Direction team'!! The staff are with cultured and always with good manner,been helping alot..which i think is the most attractive condition to a toursim.. opera Frochot has always been my favourite of my every paris stay..more like my family..I will definitely always come here. Thank you Opera Frochot! :)

Main disadvantages: Price of the breakfast which is 14e pp it's ridicolous. The view form the room was terrible.

Main advantages: Hotel is located near to the Pigalle place, which is kind of a red ligh district but it is safe even at night. It is not noisy I'd rather said it is very quiet.Rooms are very clean ans spacious enough only the bathroom (twin room) was a bit too small. Great location for short stay as it is located 2 min from metro station. Walking distance to sacre cour makes it really good option

Main disadvantages: Breakfast servis is not so good, I was waiting and asking every morning for scrabled eggs, breakfast room is well designed on the other hand.

Main advantages: Hotel is well located, 10 mins walking to Montmartre/Sacre Coeur good connection to city centre by underground. Rooms are comfortable, equipped with private coffee machine, that´s good!

Main advantages: Nice hotel, wouldn't expect such quality in this part of Pigalle - everything well organised; great croissants !! Looks just as in the pictures. Love to come back !

Athanasios Thessaloníki, Greece - Business trip

Main disadvantages: The cleaning material smells really bad - One member of the staff and the porter didn't help us to carry the luggage neither to open the exit door when we left! - The room he wanted to gave us in the beginning included 2 single beds and not 1 bed as was the deal and the same member of the staff tried to persuade us that was 1 bed, because they put a really thick mattress down the 2 single beds! Finally he gave us a very good room with a double bed, even he had told us firstly that there was not any other room available!! The second room didn't have a phone and a control for the T.V. and these were available only when we asked for (really weird and unprofessional)- The noise of closing the door...

Main advantages: 3 members of the staff were extremely friendly (The "Italian" boy, the zizou (hi bro!) and the short guy who is studying tax law). Really good guys and very helpful all the time- Very clear hotel - The location is near to metro station - The room is quite good for the money you are going to spend - The double bed is very comfortable!

Main disadvantages: Thin walls, although was fine when we were there as there was noone staying in any rooms near us.

Main advantages: Great location, friendly staff who speak good English, very clean and quiet. Despite the reputation of Pigalle we found the area to be completely safe, even when walking around at night.
