Main disadvantages: Evening meals are not good value for money, as they are expensive, with small portions. However, there are hundreds of restaurants in Nice to suit all tastes and pockets.
Main advantages: Friendly staff, clean, air-conditioned, well-appointed rooms, with comfortable beds. Delicious healthy fruity breakfasts, available inside and outside. A small but essential rooftop swimming pool, to cool off in and laze around on hot afternoons. The hotel is convenient for shopping, the seafront, and the fast local transport.

Main disadvantages: Only thing was finding the hotel initially is a little tricky
because the french roads are really poorly marked. And we went to
the wrong novotel at first and we were directed to the right one
which was close by.
Also make sure to not leave anything in the room. I left a sweater I loved and called the hotel a million times after we left and everyone kept saying they would call me back and never did.
Main advantages: This hotel is the perfect place to be for those who have a car. There is
hotel parking available for I think 18 euros a day but we just parked on
the main roads near by and had no trouble finding parking at all.
The rooms were big and spacious as well as being very clean. Free movies, and a really wide selection available.
10 minute drive from the old town and close to everything else.

Main advantages: We enjoyed our stay in Novotel Nice Centre Acropolis. The breakfast was very good, the swimming pool was nice for our kids and the staff was very friendly. This hotel is very good for families. When we go to Nice again, we'll be in this hotel again

Main advantages: Our room wasn't luxurious but well appointed and serviced to the standards we expect. The hotel's best feature was its location: not in a fashionable area but very close to the excellent, fairly new tram line that took us into the city within a few minutes – and to other locations. There is also a bus station very near the hotel, serving some of the locations we wanted to visit out of the city. It probably follows from the above that the hotel is especially suitable for those not driving themselves. We liked it so much we stayed a second week.

Main advantages: Staff is friendly. I was there for a board meeting and the food & beverages were of good quality. The air con however (in the meeting room) was not strong enough. It was a peticular muggy day with thunderstorms so that is not a normal climate in Nice. My room was next to the elevator; I thought it would be noisy but didn't here a thing. Walke to the old centre of Nice is about 12 minutes.

Main advantages: Location. For access from the airport - get the 98 to Gare Routiere or
99 to Gare sncf and then take the tram direction Pont Michel alighting
at the stop after Acropolis. The 4 euro ticket for the bus can be used
on the tram and on local buses for a day.

Main disadvantages: We spent the first night in a standard double room even though we had paid for a superior one, because they were all booked up; that was a little confusing since we had made our reservation and paid for a superior double room three months prior to our arrival... But they change our room the very next day and it was ok.
Main advantages: It was clean, comfortable and only one tram station away from Piazza Garibaldi. Good connection to the railway station and very close to the Ligne d'Azur bus ( 1 euro trip to Monaco, Cannes, Menton, Antibe etc).

Main disadvantages: Just wish the hotel had info about the city besides just a map of Nice.
Main advantages: wonderful staff. Room was big enough for the 4 of us (2 small children). 1 child in the sofa bed, 1 in a crib. Lovely buffet breakfast where we could sit outdoors.Hotel mostly for business people. Near tram and close enough to city center. We walked everywhere with a stroller and it was fine.

Main disadvantages: Not anything important. The only slight problem was that the breakfast area tends to get too busy and hectic at times, especially if the hotel is full and service might be a bit slow at the restaurant for the same reason.
Main advantages: The room was quite, comfortable and rather spacious and was kept very clean. The decoration, although a bit business-like, is quite modern and pleasant. The staff was helpful and English speaking. The garage was also very convenient, although at a charge. The location is relatively good - 20-25 minutes walk from Nice centre/old town or 6-7 minutes with the ultra-modern tram (the nearest stop is 2-3 minutes walk from the hotel).

Main advantages: The hotel had a pool that was great for the kids. Hotel 50m from tram line and quick journey to old town and the main shopping area. Also 10 min walking distance from old town. Staff at breakfast were friendly and children made to feel welcome.

Main disadvantages: Air conditioning was poor, during our stay the cups in the room were not restocked nor was the milk, a staff member told us it was not permitted to bring wine to the room ( which we bought in the hotel bar) but there was no wine in the mini bar so it should not matter what we brought up to the room
Main advantages: Very good staff, very clean rooms, pool is an excellent feature, well located next to tram, overall a very good experience

Main disadvantages: As we somewhat stupidly didn't print off a map before we arrived in Nice, finding the hotel was not easy.
Main advantages: Kids loved the rooftop pool and the X Box in reception. The tram was very handy for the beach and city centre. Room was large, clean and comfortable.

Main advantages: Nice hotel with public parking on the opposite side of the hotel. The beach is 2,1 km away from the hotel. Tram line right beside the hotel. Nice swimmingpool on the roof, and a cosy resturante with a terrase. Breakfast buffet were very good. We recomend this hotel !

Main advantages: Very clean,spacious rooms with sofa. V close to tram stop. The pool is great, though quite small, when it's not too busy.
