Area information

You will be staying in a lively neighborhood, near some of Paris’ finest tourist sites, famous monuments and museums. Several shopping districts are easily accessible by public transport.

Moulin Rouge (100 meters) - Traditional Parisian cabaret, situated in the red-light district of Pigalle on Boulevard de Clichy in the 18th arrondissement, near Montmartre.

Sacré Coeur (900 meters) - Also known as the "Basilica of the Sacred Heart", it is situated at the summit of the Montmarte butte, the highest point in the city, and offers a spectacular view of the Paris skyline.

Opéra Garnier (1.2 km) - A grand landmark designed by Charles Garnier in the Neo-Baroque style, it is regarded as one of the architectural masterpieces of its time. It is located at the end of the Avenue de l’Opéra, near the underground stop with the same name.

The Eiffel Tower (4.3 km) - Iron tower built by Gustave Eiffel on the Champ de Mars beside the River Seine in Paris. It is the tallest structure in Paris and possibly the most recognised monument in the world. Not to be missed!

Travel information

By Car (from the Paris ring road):
- Exit at Porte de St Ouen.
- Go up Avenue de St Ouen and continue on Avenue de Clichy.
- At Place de Clichy, take Boulevard de Clichy.
- Turn right into Rue Pierre Fontaine.

By Train:
From Gare du Nord, it is 15 minutes to the hotel.
From Gare de l’Est and Gare St Lazare, it is 20 minutes to the hotel.

By Public Transport:
Take Metro line 2 and get out at Blanche. Alternatively, you can take buses number 67 and 68 to the stop near the hotel.

By Plane:
From Roissy Charles de Gaulle Airport, take RER B, get out at Gare du Nord and take Metro line 2 for Blanche.
From Paris - Orly Airport, take Orly Val to Antony, then take RER B and follow directions as above.

Main advantages: Moulin Plaza is value for money in an excellent location in Paris.The Hotel is friendly and the staff efficient and professional. Advice given in regard to excursions and travel have been excellent and very welcome.The rooms are clean and well maintained on a daily basis. The timing for daily room servicing has also been appropiate. I would happily reccommend this Hotel to anyone as it gives a valuable insight to Paris and experiencing French culture as it is all at your doorstep !!!.

Main disadvantages: The hotel is very close to the moulin rouge, which means it is also situated in the red light district. The parking does not belong to the hotel, but is nearby and the costs are much higher than published. 26euro per 24hrs.

Main advantages: All personel very friendly and helpful!Reception is open 24hrs. Small but clean room.

Main advantages: The hotel was clean and the beds comfortable. The Moulin Rouge is 50m down the road and we had a great view of it from our bedroom. The free wifi is great.

Main disadvantages: The room was a bit smelly which can see the previous occupier was a smoker, and no kettle is provided which means no hot drinking hot water or morning drink is avaliable. Other than that it was a reli good hotel with great location and great price

Main advantages: It was very very close to Moulin Rouge, very close to metro as well as some other central paris like La Fayette. Staff is very willing to provide help

Main disadvantages: I would have liked to have a window in the room. Also the room was pretty cold during night, and the owen was filled with dust so it smelled burned when started.

Main advantages: The location was perfect, lovely little streets and cozy restaurants close to the hotel. Loved that the room had a bath tub. The staff was excellent, very helpful and reliable. Very pleased with my visit =)
