Main disadvantages: 1.When we checked in,we booked three rooms,but the staff made a mistake and said we just booked two rooms,and then he told us to wait with impolite attitude.We felt uncomfortable,so we wrote a letter to manager.Two days later,they chaged a better room for us .Anyway,we just wanted to told them to be good attitude for customers.2.The room next to the elevator is noisy.

Main advantages: The location is good,walk to mrt station just take 2 min.The room is clean,the bed is comfortable.

Main advantages: Hotel is right besides the metro station of "Porte de Versailles" (line 12), 1 minute walk. Hotel room is excellent and very comfortable, breakfast is great.

Main disadvantages: It didn't clearly stated the number of person allowable in the room. During my search through booking.com I did state number of person in my family (2 adult, 2 children and 1 infant), then booking.com sugesting the room at Mecure Vaugirard. Then I made a booking which is non refundable. After a month which is 2 weeks before my stay I did received a call from booking.com personal followed by an email from Mucure hotel Customer Service Manager mentioning that my booking is not acceptable due to the number of person is exceeding the allowable by the hotel which is 4 perrson maximum. The hotel also refuse to refund my money. After arguing and lots of explanation given through several telephone conversation, at the end the hotel agree to accept my booking. It was a troublesome experience for my family since we're already made a payment which is non refundable. My suggestion is booking.com should provide an accurate information which is tally and not contradict with what is impossed by the hotel. In my case, I might be a victim of wrong information provided by booking.com and might lose my money. Thank you.

Main advantages: Very quiet, clean and comfortable. Easy excess to Tram & Metro. Courteous staff.
