Main disadvantages: I I had any negative comments I would say that in the 8th floor bar theycould have more selection of snacks and serve them at all hours
Main advantages: We found the staff in both the reception and 8th floor bar extremelyhelpful, friendly and very smiling (a characteristic not previouslynoted at many French Hotels). We had to make a number of reservations(other hotelsd, golf clubs, business meeting, taxis and hotels and thereception staff simply said ''leave it to us'' Upon return to the hoteleverything was perfectly arranged.The 8th floor bar has a good selectionof drinks. .I would definitely recommend this hotel and will personallystay there agin on my next trip to nice nice.

Main disadvantages: The single room I booked,room 701,din't have any bar or hangers in the wardrobe to be be able to hang up clothes.And in the twin room,room 420,it was not possible to turn on the bathroom light without turning on the lights in the whole room which was inconvenient during the night
Main advantages: The beds were very comfy and the hotel was very centrally located.Also the rooftop pool and sun-loungers and bar very very convenient and the view from the roof was lovely

Main disadvantages: Expensive parking (EUR 16 per day), and the fact that breakfast is added automatically to your bill even if you didnt have breakfast, you have to ask the reception to remove it from your bill, which can cause some confusion.
Main advantages: Very good location, close to the train station and to the tram which takes you closer to the beach and old town. Room size was good (large compared to France standards). Friendly reception and cleaning staff.

Main advantages: We got a really nice and spacious room. We arrived a little earlier than the check in time, but the staff was courteous enough to let us check in earlier since we have a child and the room was also readily available. The staff was extremely nice and friendly. I would give this hotel a 10 on 10 since we had an extremely pleasant and comfortable stay here.

Main disadvantages: - poor and expensive breakfast, cafe next door offers a better breakfast with one third of the price, - some items (e.g. whisky:) at roof-top bar outrageously expensive
Main advantages: + nicely located in the center of Nice close to old town and railway station, + kids and I loved the roof-top pool area with very nice views over the city, + friendly staff

Main disadvantages: The only thing I didnt like about the hotel was the standard rooms were not 4* in my opinion. The carpet in my room was worn and had cigarette burns and needed replacing urgently. Also the bathroom was not a 4* bathroom. The actual decor and appliances in the room were lovely and if it wasnt for the carpet it would have passed as a 4*. That said I still enjoyed my overall experience and would definately stay here again but if it wasnt for the swimming pool I probably wouldnt find this hotel value for money.
Main advantages: The location of the hotel was excellent. The swimming pool on the roof was the best part of the hotel in my opinion. There is a bar area with lovely seating and views all around Nice. The staff in the bar were excellent, friendly and helpful.
