| Main disadvantages: The only thing I did not like has to be the elevator. It was too slow and sometimes took me to the floors I didn't even choose to go to. Also the waiting time for the elevator to go up or down was too long. Other than that everything was wonderful! |

| Main disadvantages: One of the lifts was broken during our entire stay. There were so many
trolleys with towels and sheets (semi-)permanently parked in the
corridors of the fifth floor that it looked like a storage room. |
| Main advantages: It was the standard and service that you expect from an international
hotel chain. Size of the room was ok for Paris standards, bathro was
rather spacious. Breakfast was good. Location was ok (basically on the
metro), but not really central. However we got to know the nice
neighborhood and enjoyed the walk to the nearby "grand magasins". |

| Main disadvantages: It would be nice to make the breakfast available at least upto 11
o'clock. We forgot to put the sign "do not disturb" outdoors so the
cleaning team did wake us up quite early. Would like to advice other
visitors to keep in mind to place that sign at their doorhandle before
sleeping off. |
| Main advantages: International oriented hotel with an open atmosphere. Friendly staff
speaks fluent english. Reception, lounge, hallways, dining room and
general bathroom are spacy, well furnished, and a perfect combination of
modern style with rural atmosphere. Room & bathroom exactly what we
searched for: clean and comfortable. We warmly welcomed the presence of
a well working aircondition. Although we could hear the metro clearly
and initially feared it would keep us awake, the opposite happened. We
had a good night rest and the bed was comfortable, especially the
pillows. We only tried the breakfast on our last day and regretted we
didnt wake up earlier the other days because breakfast at the hotel
turned out to be much better than outdoors (this in contrary to reviews
we read on the internet). Hotel is very easy to reach for travellers
arriving at Railwaystation Nord by train. The metro station is just 50
meters from the hotel. By Metro most highlights in Paris are relatively
easy to reach from the hotel. The Sacre Coeur & Montmartre (very nice
place, a little out of the general hectic of Paris) are even just a
stone's throw away. Next time we make it to Paris we defenitely gonna
return to this hotel. Tip: a nice closeby place for a drink or dinner is
La Terrasse de Maubeuge (4 rue charon). |

| Main disadvantages: The carpet in the hotel and rooms is in dire need of replacement.
Otherwise the rooms were very clean and recently updated/renovated. |
| Main advantages: The hotel staff was incredibly helpful throughout our entire stay -
whether it was reserving restaurant tables or helping us book and print
our Eiffel tower tickets, they were more than willing to help. Great
american breakfast. Housekeeping was fantastic. Excellent, safe and
convenient location just up the street from the metro. Plenty of nearby
quality brasseries and boulangeries and markets. |

| Main advantages: Great location in Opera district and overall decoration and design of the hotel and rooms. I had a very nice and charming room under the roof. Room 601 with small lounge space.Nice attention the hotel had placed an additional heating system in my room. |
