Main advantages: My husband and I stayed at Le Burgundy Paris for a mini honeymoon for nye 2011. We had a fantastic time. The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect, very close to designer shops, 300mtrs from Champs Elysees & walking distance from Gallaries La Fayette. The bars and restaurants close by are superb. Upon arrival the staff were very friendly and we were immediatly upgraded to a superior room. The facilities were amazing - the whole hotel is very clean and well maintained. One of the main reasons for choosing this hotel was the Spa, Sauna and swimming pool - we were not dissappointed either. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Main disadvantages: lack of a mirror in the room above the dressing table caused an issue for my wife as she had to use the mirror in the cupboard to dry her hair which was far from ideal - this is an easy fix and one I would encourage you to attend to -- room 406

Main advantages: We visited the hotel for our honeymoon. The politeness and professionalism of the staff and attention to detail were exceptional. The room was clean and well laid out and nothing was too much trouble

Main advantages: We loved everything about our four night stay: our utterly comfortable and lovely room, the bed, the beautiful pool, the fantastic restaurant, and last but not least, the incomparable staff, from the concierge to the amazing maid service. Le Burgundy is an absolute gem- one of our favorite hotels we have ever stayed in, anywhere in the world.

Main advantages: I really liked the location of the hotel as it's very close to many main attractions in Paris and it's not on a noisy street. The hotel staff was very helpful and seems very willing to help no matter what minor issues you have (very different from what I've heard regarding Parisian hopitality, especially to Asians like me). I like that the hotel is not too big and the design is very artistic and comforting. Even though the hotel is a bit pricy but its worth every Euro staying at Le Burgundy.

Main disadvantages: My biggest problem with this hotel was the overpowering perfume/fragrance at the reception. As soon as you enter the hotel it does hit you and it's not a pleasant initial experience. The rooms could also be a little bigger given the price but I guess the location makes up for some of it.

Main advantages: Le Burgundy Hotel had a very approachable staff who catered to most of my needs very well. The concierge in particular were first-rate and swiftly dealt with all of my requests. The amenities and the cleanliness of the hotel room are what I would expect of a five star hotel in a major city.

Main disadvantages: We expected much larger rooms for the high price of the hotel - they looked bigger and more design orientated on the website. The cost of any extras such as breakfast, pay-per-view films, or anything from the minibar was ridiculously high (eg 25 Euros to watch a film in your room,30 Euros for breakfast, 8 Euros for some nuts!)

Main advantages: The staff were excellent. The location was excellent. Having the luxury of a swimming pool (to ourselves!) in the centre of Paris was wonderful.
