Main disadvantages: The only negative comment I could make was the room was a little small and I have stayed in the hotel before and I had quite a large room so the room size did surprise me a little.

Main advantages: The service at the Hyatt Regency Paris - Madeleine was absolutely superb! From the minute we pulled up outside in our taxi we were greeted by staff who were professional, warm and helpful. Our stay was enhanced by the staff we dealt with and we would not hesitate in recommending the hotel to all our friends and business associates, and will always stay at the Hyatt next time we are in Paris.

Main disadvantages: For a business hotel, business center consists in only one computer bugging constantly and one home printer that could never work despite the helpful staff trying to help. Internet, that one would expect to be included in the room rate in a business hotel - comes on top at a pretty expensive rate. However, without being prompted for it, staff removed it from the bill because of the "business center" failures.

Main advantages: Lovely staff, very professional, discreet and helpful.

Main disadvantages: - the bussiness room/Internet is always busy; - the lamp on the bed's table fall down several times per night; - this is no possibility to swith off the night light
