Main disadvantages: Glasses and cups in the room were not washed up by housekeeping and they took away some glasses and cups and they were not replaced. Charging for using the tea and coffee provided in the room is not expected from a hotel of this calibre given the higher than average nightly rate.

Main advantages: Very quite especially at night but then the pay off for that is a room with no view. Friendly staff, nice spa. Turn down service is nice because it means the room gets a quick freshen up and fresh towels etc.

Main disadvantages: It's cheap to charge for coffee from Espresso machine at the room and teabags at five star hotel. There is no real business center. One laptop without printer...

Main advantages: The staff at the Hotel was exceptional! Very friendly and knowledgable. The location is perfect. The room was extremely comfortable. We would recommend the Totel Champs Elysees Plaza to anyone traveling to Paris.

Main disadvantages: Some small problem with the air conditioner. It was quickly adjusted.

Main advantages: It was my second time there and my experience was the same good as before. I liked to witness that the hotel was still in the same line: friendly and very helpful staff, good service. If you like small and luxury hotels, this is it. Some news: they can recommend good restaurants, according to your idea of the evening.

Main advantages: Upon our arrival I asked by email for some service to be provided on arrival - and the staff really went the extra mile to provide - fantastic service - I travel a lot in my work and this hotel included staff and service is by far the best I have ever seen in Europe - and specific in Paris. The hotel staff spoke perfectly English - where smiling and well my old old thoughts about French people being less interested in visitors really came to an end. The staff where smiling, very helpful, and answered all our questions quickly. The location was fantastic - 100 mtr away from Champs Elysée - The room was sound proof and the beds where very good. We actually woke up to late one day - did not hear the alarm. The view from the room was perfect
