Main advantages: The location is amazing, just in the middle of the city, however it is not on the main road so you can enjoy some peace and quiet. Furthermore, there is a tram station just 1min away that will take you all around nice, a 10min walk and you'll be at the amazing beach side or in old nice. The continental breakfast is only 9.70€ and it is so rich that you will always feel full. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful no matter what you need at anytime of the day or night. Monaco is 45min by bus and it is an amazing trip around the cost of the cote d'azure.

Main disadvantages: Just a concern about security. With the number of different staff on, having to leave your room key with them every time left the hotel, they never checked your name when giving you your key when you came back to the hotel. All you had to say was your room number. On one occasion, whilst the receptionist was out the back, another customer, who was checking in, went around the counter and got my key for me.

Main advantages: The location and access to public transport was excellent.

Main disadvantages: The room was great they do need and clock and to upgrade the bathroom to make it perfect for travellers.

Main advantages: They were very friendly staaff that could speak quite good english and verry helpfull. They were very sympathetic when we found out the trains were on strick and we were delayed by 6 hours. They allowed us to go into their lounge and wait for as long as we liked. It was in a great position for train, shopping and old city. Great place.

Main disadvantages: I was on the first floor and the window opened out to an area accessible by the fire escape stairs. Not very secure.

Main advantages: Location was great, walking distance to Nice ville station and old nice. Bed was really comfortable. Staff were friendly. Great if you're on a budget.

Main disadvantages: We had a triple room and the bathroom was extremely smelly. The staff dealt with this immediately- a plumbing issue , and it did not recur.

Main advantages: The staff were friendly and it was close to shops and restaurants . Fantastic Lebanese restaurant Socrates (right to end of street ,left turn and 2 minutes walk ,on the left just past the church).

Main advantages: It is a small and friendly hotel well situated for shopping, tram and near to beach. It has a lift, the bedrooms were quiet and clean. The dining room was nice with a good variety of food for the buffet breakfast. No complaints at all.

Main advantages: The room was comfortable and very clean. The staff were helpful and spoke good English. Breakfast room and Bar were attractive and breakfasts were excellent at an acceptable price. Location is excellent for shopping. visiting the old city, beach, railway and bus terminals
