Main advantages: The location is good, near to the Promenade/the beach and about 15-20 min. walk to the City Centre. For 4 € you can take the bus 98 from the Nice airport to the bus station Grosso CUM/Promenade. Taxi costs about 35-40 € for the same distance.
The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The apartment was small, but had facilities as kitchenette, air condition and Internet access. There is no in-room minibar.
Breakfast is not included, but available surcharge. The hotel offers a good continental breakfast (bread, croissants, jam/honey, yogurt, butter, cheese, coffee/tea/milk). If you are a spoiled Scandinavian who expects a Swedish buffet, you will be disappointed.
Housekeeping is provided once a week, on Saturday. You can choose additional housekeeping for a surcharge or you can clean by yourself.
Bakery and supermarkets are right around the corner, restaurants and shops in the area surrounding Rue de France/Gambetta.

Main advantages: Everything was excellent. Very good equipment in the kitchen. Nice view from the balcony. Quiet surrounding. Fast internet. Good location – close to the bus stops and walking distance to the center. Very professional staff at the reception desk.

Main disadvantages: Maybe I missed this when booking, but the bed was a sofabed, and if I realised this i may not have booked, in saying that the bed was ok and was comfortable. The apartment was smaller than expected. minor complaints though.
Main advantages: The hotel is in a great location, it is off the main prom street and it is very quiet during the night, so no problem getting to sleep.

Main advantages: good Location to all tourist areas and airport,20/25 mins walk to town and port area via prom. 5 min to prom.20 min to main rail station. Nice view of garden from rear rooms.

Main disadvantages: Sofa bad and smell in the corridors.
Main advantages: This is a nice hotel for people on a budget. Not very fancy, but adequate if you only sleep there. Because people can cook in their rooms, there was quite a lot of smell in the corridors, but not in the room. Separate beds would be better instead of the sofa.
