Main disadvantages: The seaview from our room was tiny, and I don`t think it is better
anywhere in the hotel. The outdoor swimmingpool and its area was not
impressing. Go to the beach even though it is expensive.( Cannes is an
expensive place)
Main advantages: Spacious and delicate room in the 7th.floor with a balcony. The
breakfast was satisfying .Very good ac. Good location in Cannes, 4
minutes walk to the beach. We stayed for 5 nights and enjoyed it.

Main disadvantages: Rooms could be a little better modernised.
Main advantages: The room was v comfortable overlooking a small pool and garden. It was
just a few minutes walk from the Croisette and just behind Martinez
where all the film festival activity was taking place yet it was quiet
and secluded.Rooms on first floor currently refurbished rest to follow.
Foyer area recently modernised. Short walk to the public beach which was
great.Small mini bar etc ok No tea or coffee

Main advantages: A very warm welcome from Vivienne on reception, and even though I arrived at 10am my room was available which made it a much more relaxing trip. Very helpful staff all around and a good quiet stay. Good also to be able to open up the windows wide rather than being restricted on this as is so often the case in hotels.

Main disadvantages: Reference is made to a private beach. The hotel does not have a private beach. It has a relationship with a private beach. You still have to pay for using it and the hotel does not get any reserved places as it was fully booked up the week we were there and not by hotel guests.
Main advantages: Having read some of the other reviews I was pleasantly surprised and relieved that the hotel was fine. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant and room service was of a good standard. Our room was clean, comfortable, relatively spacious with a balcony. The air conditioning worked great. Above all the hotel is perfectly located. I agree that it may not be a typical four star hotel in terms of decor etc. but the price we paid was also not a four star price. The price was comparable with the facilities and location.

Main disadvantages: I believe (from memory) when making the booking online on booking.com that it was stated that tea/coffee making facilities would be in the room, but there were none. Perhaps booking.com needs to be updated?

Main disadvantages: Sound proofing poor due to inter-connecting door with next door bedroom. However, if you are taking children this could be a great help.
Main advantages: Location was excellent, just a few minutes walk from La Croisette. Evening cocktails sitting in the sunshine outside the hotel. A pleasant walk to the old port and town for excellent range of restaurants and cafes. Staff very friendly and helpful. Business centre excellent with free use of computers and laser printer.

Main advantages: The location of this hotel was great. It was a quick walk to the city center. They offered breakfast in the morning and internet service for an additional charge. The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly.
