Main advantages: The hotel staff was overall very accomodating, always willing to help. Room was absolutely comfortable, clean and cozy.Location was extremely convenient. Great value for the money.

Kate Valras-Plage, France - Rest with children

Main disadvantages: The only negative we can say is the cost of breakfast, as other guests have mentioned. The breakfast buffet is nice with good variety but as it doesn't include a hot English/American choice, perhaps 10 euro's instead of 13, would be more appropriate. Then again it is Nice!

Main advantages: The staff were very helpful. We were given a decent sized room with a large double bed and a comfortable single for our daughter. The bathroom was clean with a nice powerful shower and a bath. Parking was a short walk away and costs 18 euro's per night, which seems about average for Nice. The staff ensure you are able to park outside of the hotel to drop off your bags and check-in, which made things nice and easy with a 5 year old. The cost of parking then gets added to your bill when you check- out. A comfortable, hassle-free hotel which is good value for money. We will definitely use it again.

Main disadvantages: Dust was the only problem we encountered. Hotel needs a better maintenance on cleaning dust. I am not talking about everyday dust, but some places had centimeters of at least a couple of month's dust on them. So keep that in mind if you are allergic like me. (But overall hygiene was okay; our sheets, towels, the bathroom was very clean and comfortable.)

Main advantages: The hotel was not very far away from the train station or the beach, so a 10-min walk to both was possible and was our first reason to choose Brice Hotel. The staff was extremely helpful, friendly and understanding. They offered us what we need for before we asked. Receptionists speak very well English and they were very, very kind to us. The hotel is not very close to "Old City", but since we were on vacation, it was just a 15-20 min walk, no problem there. Hotel has a very nice garden, although the weather didn't allow us to have breakfast outside, it has a nice view, would be wonderful to sit under the shades of beautifully planted trees in the summer. The breakfast was open buffet and they were offering tomatoes, olives, bread, yoghurt, and eggs next to the traditional croissant-marmelade-coffee trio of French breakfast. Totally worth the price. Our overall satisfaction would be good.

Main disadvantages: Breakfast - better to go to a cafe, better value for money. Funny smell in the breakfast room.

Main advantages: The rooms are really spacious, very rare when booking family rooms or rooms with 3 beds. Free wifi! Mini-Bar Fridge available, but empty. No seduction to consume, but a possibility to keep drinks cool.

Main advantages: The hotel had a fantastic location. Also, the receptionist was friendly and gave great advice about the area. My friends and Ii were very appreciative of the local knowledge!

Main disadvantages: Our bedroom was small and cramped. The bedroom furniture was inadequate being one wardrobe and small table. It was impossible to open bedside cabinet drawer as it was stuck with paint. The bedroom window opened at floor level which felt unsafe as it was on the third floor even though there was a metal grill on the outside..

Main advantages: The hotel was well situated close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The nightly street entertainers were also an added bonus. It was also convenient for local buses to Cannes, Antibes etc, and airport. The breakfasts were very enjoyable with excellent selection of fresh food. There was a pleasant garden where it was possible to have breakfast in the morning and to sit out in the evening with a drink or two. The staff were very helpful and knowledgable..
