Main disadvantages: It wasn't written on the booking information that I have to pay 2 Euros
per day for city tax.
Main advantages: One of the staffs is very warmful, but the other is not so polite.
The facilities are good, with free wifi access, shampoo for hair and
bath. The room is clean, and during the night it was quiet. The
location is convenient for visiting seaside, old city and going to
Airport, sncf & Bus station. It was comfort to stay there and it
worth the value for money.

Main advantages: We were very satisfied about our stay at Best Western New York, you get value for money and the staff is friendly and helpful, the hotel is all right for a short stay and has a good location for shopping and for trips to other places thanks to the situation near the railway station.

Main disadvantages: The room was not vacuum cleaned each day and it got quite noisy each morning due to the room's location (facing the main street) and the fact there were some works on the pavement taking place then.
Main advantages: The staff were very helpful and the room we stayed in was quite large and bright (the executive room). The bed was extremely big which was a plus.

Main advantages: Good location, a supermarket is very closer to the hotel where you can buy fresh food, water etc. The room is clean and price is good compared to other local hotels that I stayed for other nights in Nice. I will recommend this hotel to my friends for sure.

Main disadvantages: Male receptionists was argumentative and had to be 'tuned in' Owner who
lives on site drives a Black x5 and just parks is where he wants
blocking the car park, and doesn't seem to care... Staff all speak very
good English and once you have there attention are able to help you find
what you want in the City. Lots of places to eat, just walk in the
streets opposite the railway station, and dont follow the hotels advice,
expensive and poor compared to what is out there.
Main advantages: Location is fantastic. !0 minutes from the water front / beach and 10
minutes walk from the train station if you wish to go to Monaco. €6.40
return. Reasonable hotel for a city centre, remember it is Nice and
hotels are expensive. But ideal for a City break.

Main disadvantages: A little further out of the action then I would have liked. Neighbouring
roadworks were little noisy first thing in the morning. A fridge in room
would have been a nice addition with the hot weather.
Main advantages: Good basic rooms, that were clean with balconies.

Main disadvantages: I would say although the location was the best it was also the worst being very noisy from traffic outside particularly during the night when we wanted to leave windows open as weather was so warm.
Main advantages: The location of the hotel was excellent ideal for beach, shops and old town. The staff in the hotel were very friendly and helpful nothing was too much bother for them. Room was good but I would not class it as'superior'.

Main advantages: Hotel in excellent location and staff were really friendly and helpful. Room was adequate for our short stay but not luxurious, but price we paid through Booking,.com was excellent. Would recommend for short city trip to Nice and surrounding areas, as it was close to everything.
