Main disadvantages: The room was very small and the air conditioning wasn't very efficient. It is in a noisy, run down area near the station and there are some sex shops nearby.
Main advantages: The staff were very welcoming and informative about the city and surrounding area. The room was comfortable, although small, but very clean. It was good to have tea/ coffee making facilities in the room- something which is unusual on the continent. I would recommend the hotel to anyone wanting a good value hotel for a short break.

Main advantages: we stayed 3 nites in this hotel, very nice staff , would like to thank receptionist Natasha who was very helpfull to us in every question we asked her! very clean room, quiet place, close to city center, just 3 stops by tram , and 2 min walking to train station, accomondation included free continental breakfast and free luch box !! with sandwich, pack of fruit and botle of water, wich is very good, cose prices is a bit high in city, dinner in town per person will cost u from 13 euro and over.def will be back in this hotel again and would recommend to my friends!

Main advantages: Location near the railway station was great choice for our travelling. Room was a little bit small but OK for sleeping. Delicious breakfast buffet and lunch box included.Reception staff was very nice.

Main disadvantages: One of the bedside lamps was broken. When getting back to the hotel in the evening, the staff said the mechanic would replace it the next day. I asked if I could get the lamp and changed it by myself, but a lady said that would be against their rule. So I stayed in the hotel for 2 nights without the bedside lamp to read. (I stayed there for 3 nights, but I hurried to visit Nice and forgot to tell the staff on the second morning.)
Main advantages: 1. The location is near the train station. 2. Breakfast is included and is good enough for us. 3. Everyday you'll get a lunch box with sandwiches, fresh apple slices, chips, and a bottle of water. That's sweet!

Main advantages: The staff were excellent. Very kind and helpful. We would highly recommend this hotel to people who are arriving by train and then going on by car. It is not a large hotel and it is quite compact, but it itself is very comfortable, and friendly. It is close to the old quarter and nice restaurants. The staff were very very helpful when we had a problem. Highly recommend.

Main disadvantages: Very small and relatively old lift. Some of doors outside our rooms were very noisy.
Main advantages: Nice location, not far from the Nice Ville train station. A welcome 'drink' (a can of beer or soda/water) was offered when we arrived and we got a nice lunch 'box' (paper bag) when we left with a bottle of water, sandwiches, chips and fruit. Free wifi. Nice and big rooms.

Main advantages: There were two of us and once we upgaded to a room for 3 persons we were quite comfortable there. The difference in price was not that great.I do not think that we could have stayed more than 2 nights in a standard doble room that was quite small. We liked all the amenities that this hotel had to offer especially insulated windows that minimized the noise from te street. Breakfast was also very good.

Main advantages: Very nice hotel. The room was not large, but you don't need this in a town like Nice. The staff was very helpfull, breakfast and lunchpacket (everyday) included in the price. Good breakfast. Location near the station and public parking, and it was quiet. 15 minutes walk of the beach/old town. 3 minutes from the shopping area.

Main disadvantages: Parking was absolutley disgusting. 46euro for 48 hours and we were outof the car park for most of each day and it was across the road. Theposition of the Hotel was at the back of the town, although only a 10-15minute walk to the beach. Frankly, I think nice is very overrated andlast time we stayed in menton which was superb. Cannot sit on the beach(all rocks). Sand beaches not too far away. I would recommend this hotelif the person was ardament they wanted to stay in nice
Main advantages: The room was clean, the recption staff were very accomodating,breakfast was ok nothing special. Luch each day was a great bonus as wewere given a sandwich each(bit sogey, but i'm not complaining), cut upapple, water.

Main advantages: The room was very comfortable and clean. The staff was helpful, and courteous and friendly: especially Norbert, who went out of his way to assist me in helping to obtain flight information about my return trip home. The location was perfect (near the train station)--as I made several excursions (to Monaco, Italy, and Villefranche).
