Main disadvantages: On arrival I was told the lift was out of order, and had to haul my
luggage to the top floor (6th). I was exhausted after this. Even walking
up the stairs at the end of a days sightseeing left me out of breath.
For this reason, I did'nt have the breakfast, so cant comment on food.
If the lift is working, fine, if its not, hope for a room on a lower
floor! Would stay again though.
Main advantages: Situated near to Place de Clichy & Rome metro stations, the hotel was
easy to find. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Ok to leave luggage
there if you have a late flight or train departure. The room was clean
and spacious.

was really helpful and kind.my room was comfortable and really

Main disadvantages: At first when I booked up my hotel the price was 149 per 3 nights. At the end I discovered that I payed extra 3 euros for each night. I found that bizzare but as the price was already good, I didn't mind paying it.
Main advantages: Great location, nice rooms, service is good, unfortunately I didn't eat breakfast but if I would have, then I would have eaten whatever I want and pay for it only 7,50 euros which is a normal price for a breakfast in Paris (but in other places it would only include the croissant, the pain beurre and the chocolat chaud).

Main disadvantages: The room was very small, and was not suited well for our teenage kids.
It would work fine for smaller children.
Main advantages: The hotel staff was very helpful and the restaurant/bar across the
street was terrific. There were lots of places to eat close by and it
was close to metro stations.

Main disadvantages: The coffee at the breakfast. But it is just the typical hotel coffee so nothing extraordinary.
Main advantages: The hotel is very nice and pleasant. The location is perfect for 2-3 days trip in Paris - close to the magnificent Sacre Coeur, 3 minutes walking from the metro station Place de Clichy and 5 minutes walking from different buses. The room was small but cozy, very clean, the air-condition warms the room for seconds, the bathroom is clean and nice. The stuff was very kind and helpful; they clean the room and change the towels every day. Very delicious croissants for breakfast. I would stay there again.

Main disadvantages: I did not find all of the staff uniformly helpful or sensitive to the level of customer service appropriate to a three star hotel. The hotel is a little drab and the decor needs refreshing: however, breakfast facilities are of a very good standard. My room did not appear to have the guide to services which it should have incuded, so I had to ask for it.
Main advantages: The hotel is a good choice for a short Paris break, whether for leisure or business: rooms are basic but clean and very good value, the location is excellent and there is free Wifi in the rooms. There are minibar facilities and a fridge in the room. The initial wecome to the hotel was helpful and courteous.
