Main advantages: Great location. Comfortable room but poorly lit. Despite good value I am not recommending for elderly or families because of poor room lighting. I may stay there again as I liked the staff, the price is fair , and the location unbeatable. The room was clean and the bathroom comfortable with good shower. If they fix the lighting issues, it would be highly recommended.

Main disadvantages: We found that the 16 eu breakfast was more like a 8 or 10 eu.
Considering we could have lunch for 10 to 12 eu elsewhere and even a
similar breakfast for 7eu we felt it was a bit excessive.
Main advantages: We very much enjoyed the fantastic views of Madrid`s skyline scenery and
it was also very central and convenient to walk to the places we had to
visit. The lifts were a bit small but quite fast and always available
after a moment or two.

Main advantages: Staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed in a family room which was a
good size but smaller rooms were apparently a bit pokey. The hotel
serves as an excellently located pit stop in the heart of Madrid. Was
good value, although we booked early, but probably not quite a 4* in the
strictest sense.

Main disadvantages: Our room was a little dark but not a big issue.
Main advantages: The hotel is very centrally located near La Puerta del Sol. We were able
to get everywhere we wanted to be easily. The front desk staff was
amazingly helpful and resourceful.

Main disadvantages: Elevator was not working, so had to carry suitcases up the stairs. Staff did not seem to have experience in what they were doing, and could not answer simple questions about the local resources.
Main advantages: The location in centre town was ideal for walking around main areas of Madrid. The room had a laptop with free internet; this is a great feature.

Main disadvantages: Coffe, water and juice service finish around 10 pm. We hope they can provide this service for 24 hours.
Main advantages: Wonderful view from the upper room. Triple room was wide enough, comfortable. Very convenient for sight visit, because of the center of the city.

Main advantages: We had great time to stay in the hotel for a week. We really enjoy the breakfast on the 5th floor with a nice view and good food and service provided. The room was cleaned thorougly everyday and with a free internet and laptop to use and the staff was fairly heluful. The location of the hotel is superb.

Main disadvantages: The hotel beds were very hard and uncomfortable to sleep in. We were charged for 6 mini baritems which we did not comsume but the staff would not credit our rooms. We were very disappointed with the reacion of the manager as a result of the incorrect mini bar charge

Main disadvantages: Room and bathroom had same size, so quit big bathroom with a large shower and enough space, but part for part bed of 1,40 m (for 2 is quit small), and a wardrobe very close to the bed, is not practical at all!

Main advantages: It was in a terrific loction near to metro and within walking distance of just about all the major sights. It is a high tech hotel with a computer in each room. The staff were enormously helpful. I highly recommend it.

Main advantages: A friendly hotel at a very good, central location, good service and enjoyable sight. Moreover, in the rooms there are portable computers to the guest's disposal which function well and provide internet connection. This is very useful.

Main disadvantages: There are a few minor repair jobs to be done, like a tap that has become loose from the washstand, the desk top was only screwed to the legs with 2 screws. But really, it did not affect our stay !!
Main advantages: This hotel's location is very central, close to the Plaza Sol. Although the building is a bit tired, the decor has been updated in a very modern way. The rooms are of a good size, big bed, fantastic shower and a laptop with internet in the room and also in the lobby (with a printer). We enjoyed staying here and will come back again on our next visit.
