Main disadvantages: The rooms are ok, but we chose a room facing the street which it was not the best choice due to the poor quality of the windows and therefore from 5.00am it is difficult to sleep because of the noise from the street.

Main advantages: The Hotel has got a fantastic location, the staff it is helpfull and friendly. We went on a city trip and most of the places were walking distance from the Hotel, no need to use the taxi, which it was great. . Overall it is a good quality price hotel and will definitely recommend or book again.

Main advantages: The computer in the recxeption hall is slow, complicated to use and expensive. For those who do not carry their computers the hotel should provide a better service.We enjoyed all services and the excellent location of the hotel.Thank you!

Guest Braga, Portugal - Rest with children

Main disadvantages: We were give two interiors rooms with no views and little natural light. I think the hotel should mention upon reservation the kind of room they were giving us. Also, the rooms were for smokers, even though we have a non-smoking preference, and we were not contacted by the hotel. In one of the rooms we could smell the smoke. Although it is mentioned in the description, the hotel does not have a restaurant, only a bar that serves some (bad) meals and at a very expensive price (we paid 50 euros for 4 "canned" and small bolognesi and water).

Main advantages: Great breakfast service, plenty to choose from. Bath articles were very good. Hotel in a great quiet location with many restaurants near by and close to the Metro Station. Easy to walk to Colón, Cibeles, and even to Prado Museum.

Guest , Luxembourg - Individual tour

Main disadvantages: Coffee machine in bedroom would be appreciate as well as more TV channels.

Main advantages: Not too far from the metro station Velazques. Good wireless connection, however you have to pay around 10 Euro for 24h. Good dimensions of bedroom and bathroom.
