Main advantages: It is within walkable distance of city´s tourist landmarks; though you should advise your future clients that the hotel´s front balcony rooms face the main Arenales street not the back service street. Location of rooms in this particular hotel was very important. The difference in price was also very important.

Main disadvantages: Would have liked coffee / tea in the room in absense of room service.

Main advantages: Location, location, location - loved being in the middle of Mardid. Good breakfast. Good coffee. Lovely reception rooms on first floor. Feeling of tranquility in a crowded city,

Main disadvantages: Metro rumbles underneath and shakes the windows from time to time, but otherwise the place is quiet given all the liveliness outside. Room was small and spartan, but perfectly serviceable. But with all the life on the streets, you won't spend much time inside anyway.

Main advantages: Location can't be beat--right at Sol, easy metro trip from the airport, dozens of cafes and restaurants close by, major museums an easy walk.

Main disadvantages: No fridge in the rooms, no view from the terrace - just a blind wall of Corte Ingles Store.

Main advantages: Very good hotel. Excellent location. Literally, two steps from Puerta del Sol and subway. Breakfast is decent, a room has a good-size terrace, when the window is closed there is no noise from the street. In general, the place is great for visiting downtown Madrid.

Main advantages: On one of the busiest Piazas in Madrid there is lots of entertainment on weekends right at your door but the room was very sound proofed. Close to a good range of Bars, cafes etc. We only had 2 nights in Madrid but for other travellers i suggest a minimum of 3 nights.A nice Hotel where everything worked and no complaints from me.

Main advantages: I loved the cleanliness, the staff, the beautiful room, and the fact that we asked for a balcony and actually got one was a huge bonus. We were only in Madrid for one night, so the location was fabulous, right in the middle of the city and within walking distance of everything. The breakfast was an extra fee and well worth it...delicous and a great variety. Loved it, would recomend it, and if I am lucky enough to go to Madrid again I would stay there again.

Main disadvantages: Can be noisy with open windows, the rooms are small

Main advantages: Good helpful stuff, excellent location - within 5 -10 minutes walk from the main places of interest, we decided to have breakfast in the hotel and it was a right decision.
