Travel information
Follow the signs Madrid-Feria and then A10-M40-Recinto Ferial. Go on until the end of the A10 where you reach the M607. Take the exit number 9 and then turn left to the A6. After 550 m, turn right and inmediately to the left going under a bridge. After just 100 m you will see the hotel. The hotel offers free shuttle to the airport.

| Main disadvantages: a bit to far out of town for a short city break, if you have more time is very good .taxi to town takes 20 or 30 minutes, costs 20 euros.could have been more info on madrid, i,e trips and stuff to do |

| Main disadvantages: Yes, upon arrival on Wednesday 22nd Sept the reception staff were not very friendly at all. As we arrived mid-week the outdoor pool was not open, which was quite disappointing. The staff did not inform us that the outdoor pool was open on weekends and this only came to our attention after we had checked out on the Sunday. Also, the shower in our room 203 was blocked and water leaked all over the floor. |

| Main disadvantages: The price of food in the hotel is not "cheap", however, in my opinion well worth the money for a treat. My girlfriend and I ate in the Verdil restaurant on our last night and experienced a lovely meal in beautiful surroundings. Drinks were also expensive which was more of an inconvenience. There is a supermarket just down the road though where we picked up most of our drinks!The hotel does appear to be some distance out when viewed on a map. The close proximity to both a bus route and a metro station means that getting around the city is still very easy. The quality of the accomodation more than made up for this compromise. |
| Main advantages: The hotel was purer luxury. The suites were very large and the hotel offered everything you could want. The free shuttle service worked well (contact the hotel prior to arrival) from the hotel pick up point at the airport. The free wifi in the hotel was also a bonus. |

| Main disadvantages: We found the pool rules to be ridiculous. Children are only allowed in the indoor "spa" pool for a few hours in the afternoon. Fine. But at the outdoor pool they are also required to be completely quiet and are not allowed to splash. We even saw an adult chastised for doing the butterfly stroke. Wow. That really kills the fun of having a pool, and is actually worse than no pool at all. Unless they change this policy we would not stay at this hotel again. It is too bad, because it is a great hotel in every other way, and they seem to be trying to attract families. But keeping my kids silent in the pool is just stress I don't need, and totally unfair to the kids. |
| Main advantages: The family room was very large and comfortable, and the bathroom had separate bathtub, shower and toilet. For 4 people it was very roomy. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The location is about 1/2 hour metro ride from the main sites of Madrid, but we did not find this to be a problem. There is a grocery store down the street, as well as a playground right by the metro. It is a great bargain, although the "extras" add up. Breakfast was included and was very nice. The restaurants in the hotel, however, are very expensive and not very kid or vegetarian friendly. We opted for Telepizza (we had to go pick it up, they aren't allowed to deliver to the hotel)one night, which was fine. |

| Main disadvantages: The pool became a little crowded and we got the impression most people there were not even staying at the hotel! |

| Main advantages: We spent one night at the Mirasierra Suites while passing through Madrid. We took advantage of the free, convenient shuttle to and from the airport. Despite being well outside the city center, the Metro is just a short walk from the hotel. The complimentary breakfast at Mirasierra Suites was incredible. |
