Main advantages: We arrived shortly before midnight because of delay of the plane, were hungry and heard that the kitchen is closing at midnight. But the waiter could manage it, that we have been served a reasonable good warm meal within short time.

Hugo Lisbon, Portugal - Rest with children

Main disadvantages: The location its not my favourite, since it's still far from the city center. The car parking is a nice to have, but still it's a lttle expensive and difficult to manobrate. The wifi works great and it is a reasonable price.

Main advantages: The cleaness, the staff, spacious rooms when traveling with kids its a must. Comfortable beds and nice room service and minibar. Also the wifi works great at the room, with a price of 12€ per day, and you can connect all the gadgets under the same account, contrarie of what I was informed at the checkin. Resuming, its a well deserved 4 stars hotel with some features of a 5 stars. Nice to stay.

Main disadvantages: The restaurant staff (waiters) should get more training concerning their attitude and efficiency.

Main advantages: I liked the pool, quite a good size for swimming. Front desk staff was very helpful and efficient. Hotel is very clean not only the rooms but all over the building. A good number of Elevators makes the move very efficient and fast within the hotel.
