Main disadvantages: I wish we had free internet access and coffee in the room.

Main advantages: The location was perfect for visiting my daughter who is studying abroad in Madrid. We were close to the metro, shopping, parks and restaurants. The price was very reasonable and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly to Americans who speak little Spanish. I would highly recommend it to others.

Main disadvantages: Shame you had to pay for access to WiFi.

Main advantages: I chose this hotel because of the swimming pool, but it was rather limited - a bit on the small side and access was restricted because of aqua classes. Other than that the hotel was perfect for both business and pleasure - my trip combined both.

Main disadvantages: The view from the 14th Floor south facing is panoramic but this floor does suffer from excessive noise from the air conditioning units situated on the roof so best to avoid rooms on this floor if possible.

Main advantages: This is a very nice hotel ideally situated for access to the city centre by bus or metro and only a short walk from theatres and restaurants. The rooms are comfortable and although we were on the top floor there are three very quick elevators so you never have to wait long to get up or down. The staff in this hotel are most helpful and can speak good english so making yourself understood is no problem. The buffet breakfast is also very good and efficiently run which is useful if you need to get going to make the most of your day.

Main disadvantages: Awfully rude reception staff. There's one woman, she looked about 60, short with black hair who was so rude to us and laughed at our spanish, and then at us when we spoke to her. She laughed as I tried to read the form I was signing as well... Also the food and minibar were ridiculously priced, and the hotel was too well air conditioned.

Main advantages: The location of the hotel, in the centre but not too central and not out the way, right by tram stop as well!

Main advantages: It was a wonderful experience for me to stay at Husa Princesa, a very cozy hotel , so clean and has very wide rooms with big windows facing beautiful Madrid. Located in a very safe area , surrounded by the big shopping center el corte inglés, Starbucks. 10 - 15 min walking to Gran via.

Main disadvantages: Would have preferred the option of a simpler, less expensive breakfast. Bathroom plumbing not too good - leak under sink reported but not fixed during our 3 day stay, toilet flush mechanism not reliable.

Main advantages: Comfortable, standard hotel. Reception staff could speak and understand English well. Attractive small terrace though at times so busy that no spare tables.

Main disadvantages: our only problem was sound polution because our room was near parking and we had the problem of annoying sound of cars getting in and out of hotels parking

Main advantages: everything was perfect and I enjoyed my stay at Husa princesa very much. specially hotel's location was really good. the breakfast and cleanness of room was perfect.

Main disadvantages: This hotel was fine to see Madrid from, we had no problems at all the parking was there, the pool was there however we did have to walk through a gym, this is a public pool not just for the hotel which we were not expecting. But this hotel is fine
