Worst hotel of my life...

"Hotel" Ronda was absolutely disgusting. It might as well be called HOSTEL RONDA. I booked it through the internet and unfortunately when I arrived it was nothing like it was advertised. The parking below was a joke, the staff I spoke to which was ABEGAIL PAPIO and DEICHEL ADAJAN were extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. I walked into my room and literally left 5 minutes after. I told the staff I couldn't stay here as the hotel was nothing like it was advertised, the rooms were dirty and it was extremely loud. Even though I had only been there for 5 minutes the staff refused to refund my 2 nights stay and also refused to refund my 2 day parking. I asked for the manager and they said he would was not there and wouldn't come to the hotel to speak to me. I'm not worried of course as I paid with American Express and the "Hotel" Ronda won't be getting a Euro. I strongly suggest that anyone who wishes to stay in Barcelona should stay somewhere else. We chose The Pullman which was amazing!! Good luck!!

Main disadvantages: It took us nearly 3 hours to find the hotel cause of all the one way streets it was not least to find at all and the staff tried to help over the phone but it was just tucked behind a main street and was very difficult to find.

Main advantages: The staff where very helpful and accomidating for my 2 year old son

Main advantages: The hotel was a quick 15 min walk from the city centre and was easy to find. It was in a quiet part of the city but still easily accessible to everything.
