| Main disadvantages: Actually, only one thing: the bed! Really terrible mattresses!

| Main advantages: The food (breakfast, dinner), location (beach, nightlife), bus stop just around the corner (to Palma and the airport).

| Main disadvantages: Firstly a particular (female) member of staff couldn't seem to
understand why I would want to know the detailed timings of the bus
service No. 21 to the airport. She gave me incorrect information
regarding the location of the bus stop for the airport bus. For myself,
I can't understand why a hotel, 99% of whose guests must arrive on the
island via that airport, is unable to hold accurate information about
the airport bus at its reception desk. The timetable can, after all, be
downloaded from the internet in about 5 seconds. They have internet
access, I don'T. Secondly whilst nobody wants to be a killjoy, it would
be nice if all guests could be reminded that not everyone stays out
until 3.00am, and those who do should be expected to show some
consideration for neighbouring guests when they return to their rooms at
that time. |

| Main disadvantages: Our room 228 was directly facing a German bar. When you step into the
terrace, your eyes meet those of tattooed and heavily boozed up football
supporters. They were making noises until late at night on Monday when
no match was played. Avoid a room on the bar side if you can. |
| Main advantages: The location of the hotel is good, right on the sandy beach and a bus
stop to go to the city center. Speedy check-in and out, a clean bed and
towels with a swimming pool, breakfast and dinner included, 27 eur P.P.
One would pay more at youth hostel. For a short stay, an excellent value
for money, difficult to beat. There were occasional street vendors who
talk to you but frequent police patrol scares them away. |

| Main advantages: The location of the hotel was excellent,right on the front,a step away from the promenade.The room was first class.The meals in the restaurant could not be faulted at all and provided for every taste with such a large selection.For what you pay at this hotel you wont be dissapointed.I certainly will return very soon!! |

| Main disadvantages: A small fridge and one english speaking tv channel would have been
appreciated |
| Main advantages: Booking in and out was very quick and easy. The reception staff were
very professional and pleasant. The room was ready and clean even though
we arrived at 11am. The buffet meals were first class with a large
choice. The pool area was always clean and tidy with plenty of sunbeds. |

| Main disadvantages: Everything was very good but for the fact that I suffer arthritic pain in one hip & there were lots of stairs in hotel which had to be navigated to get to our room. This was just a little inconvenient. |
| Main advantages: The best part is that the hotel is just across the road from a beautiful beach. Also, there is a very good bus service right outside which will take you to Palma City & other destinations. The main entrance to the hotel is on side street which is pedestrianised & safe for children. Loads of tables & chairs in this area and on sea side outside hotel cafe. Lots of shops & restaurants in vicinity. Overall, a great location especially for a beach holiday. We had sea view room with huge terrace, it was wonderful. |

| Main disadvantages: The restaurant is divided and if you do not get a seat in the main area you have to go up quite steep steps to the upper restaurant, which is lovely also, but if you are wearing high shoes it proves difficult to carry your meal up the steps. |
| Main advantages: My husband and I had a lovely stay at the Hotel Hispania. At breakfast omelettes, crepes, bacon and eggs were cooked for you as you wait as was the meat at your evening meal. Our room and balcony were to the front of the hotel with sea view and it was great to sit in the evening and watch the cruise ships going across the bay. |

| Main advantages: very pleased with my stay in hispania hotel .very nice and helpful staff. very good buffet for dinner and breakfast , more than adequate . excellent location and very nice clean rooms .will definitely come back and recommend it to friends.9.5/10 my score will be!thank you . |

| Main disadvantages: I could not fault any aspect of our stay at the hotel hispania but it
would have been nice to have had tea / coffee makng facilities in the
rooms (we brought our own). |
| Main advantages: We were a group of six forty-something girls looking for a few days
relaxation in the sunshine with the option to do some sight seeing and
shopping in the capital and this certainly ticked all the boxes with a
beachfront location and a great value for money hotel. The hotel was
spotlessly clean, the staff were very effcient and friendly and the food
was delicious - plenty of choice on offer! As the trip organiser I was
very relieved and delighted that I had made such a good choice in both
the resort and the hotel.(based on my recollection of having stayed
there some years ago as a teenger! ) this trip was a most welcome change
from our usual city breaks and we are all agreed it won't be the last,
in fact the grls are already making plans for a return visit with their
respective partners! |
