Main advantages: Exceptional location, in the heart of Mardrid, very couteous and efficient employees (Mr. Julián at the reception), creative regarding requestes such as late check outs, extremely clean rooms and bathrooms, free internet connection services. In a nut shell, an excellent experience and an hotel to return and recommend.

Darko Beograd, Serbia - Group tour

Main disadvantages: Our room was not very spacious, and it had small bed for two persons. Another point to address is lack of staff at night (other than the receptionist) ... so for the few things I needed - had to go myself to the reception to pick it up. Also, hotel has very poor selection of maps/propspects/flyers/offers with discount in the lobby so one may be left missing standard important tourist information if not bothere to look somewhere also and on his/her own.

Main advantages: It was very clean and tidy. Bathrooms are completely renovated and quite spacious adding to feeling relaxed during our stay. Location is fairly good, but demands few bus/metro stops to reach the core cuty center.

Dario Castelfranco Veneto, Italy - Rest with children

Main advantages: I stayed there for 4 nights, the hotel is situated in place very quite at night and is not so far to the city center, has two metro stations at 5 minutes distance by walk,there are no problem to entry and exit as you prefer.The room was clean, comfortable and the bathroom was very good.

Main disadvantages: the staff are very rude and not helpfull. there is no parking although it says on the hotel site and staff don't care about this problem where they were asked for information

Main advantages: the location is very good near the centre of the city. good transports both metro and bus. it is an experience to do again
