Main disadvantages: Bed rooms a bit dated. Need to be modernised badly. Dressing table all stained. Shower door needed to be looked at. Towels need to be replaced with new one. Need 4 towels. One for shower in the evening and one for shower in the morning. Badly needed a dressing gown which is the norm., in 5 star hotels.
Main advantages: location and staff.

Main disadvantages: Maybe the staff could be a little more attentive to guests on arrival to make them feel comfortable and at ease in their new surroundings, some staff better than others.Takes a while to find your way around so more information or little map would be helpful. Also for younger couples there isnt much of a nightlife in the hotel, place is dead after 11 o clock.
Main advantages: we liked the size of the hotel because even with the amount of guests staying there it didnt feel crowded at all. The two swimming pools on either side of the hotel ensured guests were well spread out which allowed a relaxed atmosphere throughout. There was always space for people who enjoy sunbathing by the pool and new towels available twice a day. Breakfast was great, couldnt say anything bad about it. Fresh juice.....with Cava!, eggs and omelettes cooked to order, wide range of choices to suit all needs, the list goes on. Super!

Main disadvantages: Hotel layout a little confusing! Poor location - very quiet area - need to get taxi into centre. Poor entertainment at night
Main advantages: Lovely comfortable rooms and large balcony. Great food at breakfast - champagne included! Very nice pool area and jacuzzi.

Main disadvantages: The location is not good. It is too far from the sandy beach and its rocky beach was too dangerous with the current taking you onto to the rocks. I think that we should have been told. Most of staff could not communicate in English.
Main advantages: The hotel staff was extremely helpful and flexible. They were friendly and the room was very comfortable. The room was cleaned in the morning which was very nice.

Main advantages: The exellent hotel for this value of money. Very big territory, clean and cosy.The hotel has the own sandy beach with lounges but entrese to the ocean is taff because the only big stones on the border of the beach and ocean. Good animation for kids. Our dauther 4 years old was happy. Faily long distanse to Melaneras beach is go for a wolk.

Main disadvantages: Can be long walk to different parts of the hotel met elderly couple and they struggled as everything on different levels and large streched out hotel but for young familys perfect. Familys with teenagers I think would struggle as not much around for teenagers.
Main advantages: Hotel lovely bit tired in places could do with lick of paint and new carpet in hall ways. Had problems getting kettle for baby bottles one receptionist not very friendly or helpfull found her rude most of the time but apart from her all other staff lovely.

Main disadvantages: 1) There is no free access to flask with hot water at breakfast. You have to ask for waitress for each cup of tea. 2) Meloneras beach nearby the hotel is hardly suitable for swimming as it is very-very pebbly. If you want to swim in Ocean you have to find another place.
Main advantages: 1. Good location at the end of Maspalomas Faro promenade 2. Good choice of tasty food in breakfast, lunch and dinner. 3. Big green territory and a lot of deck chairs everywhere. 4. Big rooms with good views

Main disadvantages: breakfast had too many typical english options. Would much rather see just local and continental options

Main disadvantages: A nice hotel that is rated 5 star but I would only rate it 4 star because it lacked the extra luxurious factor to warrant a 5 rating. Also, food was average rather than a highlight.
Main advantages: It's location to the beech with a lovely walk down to Maspalomas and on to Playa del Ingless along the beach .
