Main disadvantages: Although the location is conveniently close to the airport and to the ifera convention center, there is not much in the way of entertainment and dining in the area unless you take a 5-10 minute taxi ride into the city.

Main advantages: Friendly and efficient staff. The hotel was full upon my check in so I was upgraded to a suite which was very nice. The room had a very modern and trendy decor. I loved the different lighting modes available (on, relax, reading, etc) which, with a press of a button, adjusted the room's lighting to your taste. Also loved the automatic blinds that went up and down also with a push of a button. Furniture was in very good condition. Room service was always fast and food was delicious - no complaints! Great hotel.

Main disadvantages: 5 stars hotel should have free swimming pool, not just paying-spa swimming pool. Views from the room where good, but not as magnific as I thought The rooms should have a separate switch for bathroom-only lights

Main disadvantages: The only thing I would change in the entire hotel is the lighting in the lobby. I am not a fan of ultra modern but the lobby seemed cold and uninviting, especially at night. The first night I returned to the hotel after dinner, I thought there had been a power outage! You could barely see the personnel at the reception desk! In fact, I will write the hotel about this.

Main advantages: Everything - however, for the work I had to do I needed to be closer to the Palacio de Congresos but also the center, like Puerta delSol - I did not know this when I booked. The nearest subway was a looong walk away. But the hotel was great in every respect!!

Main disadvantages: The atmosphere in the lounge bar was not good, with a very lousy sound system that did not cover the noise made by the bartenders.

Main advantages: This is a very comfortable hotel that offers some attractive rates on weekends and low season.Despite the large number of rooms, it never felt like it was crowded. Good breakfast buffet, although a bit pricey.

Main disadvantages: Food. We paid 100s for what was more presentation than food at the restaurant. Room service came cold even though we had mentioned it before we ordered on the second night.

Main advantages: Excellent room. Strong wifi signal in the room. Complimentary. Fantastic views. Staff were wonderful. Good gym.

Main disadvantages: No safe, no sound-proofing between bathroom and bedroom.

Main advantages: The room was really excellent with all extras you'd expect from a quality hotel. Bathroom was particularly good. Free Wi-fi without code. Electric blind ensured complete darkness, very nice lighting controls for various moods.
