Main disadvantages: The apartment was a nice size and we also had our own inside terrace so we could sit out and have a coffee etc (good for smokers). Just a shame we had 2 single beds since we are both over 6' foot. We noticed 2 guys leaving their room and they had a double!!!!!!

Main advantages: The location was superb, right in the heart of the city and void of any noise.

Main disadvantages: Sitting room/kitchen had no natural light (room n° 1). There was a lot of noise from people coming and going with suitcases - even during the night. Also noise from cleaners and workmen during the day. Bed was very noisy (the metal headboard was not attached to the bed as was for decoration only: it made a terrible noise everytime one of us turned over.

Main advantages: Although the hotel is in the centre of the city, there was no noise from traffic. The most important tourist sights are within walking distance. Receptionists all very curtious and helpful.

Main advantages: It is in the very heart of Sevilla, but you still feel that you are at some hacienda in Andalucia. Amazing. The only weak point is that it is impossible to find without gps or taxi that leads you.

Main disadvantages: The hotel policy is not flexible. They did not want to charge my visa card. They also insisted that payment should be made the same day of arrival at the time when none of their machines worked. I think it is not the staff but the hotel policy that was not very convenient. The parking was a problem and using the car in narrow streets like the center was a big challenge. The bed was not big enough and I was not very comfortable in it.

Main advantages: The location of this hotel is perfect for those who do not have a car. The apartment is good, very clean and secure, but I do expect more facilities from a 4 stars hotel. The staff was very helpful in spite of the many restrictions placed by the owner.

Main advantages: When we arrived, we realised how perfect a location the apartments were, right in the city centre of Seville, a stone's throw away from the main sights. Also we realised just how secure the apartments were with a wrought iron locked gate as the entrance. Once through into the main courtyard, the surrounds were lovely; seating areas on the patio and much sought after shade. We stayed in apartment 12 and it was absolutely beautiful, there was plenty enough room for 5 adults, it was extremely clean and decorated in keeping with the Sevilla tradition. All in all, a luxurious stay for a very reasonable price.
