Main disadvantages: Room service ..... took quite a few attempts to get someone to answer the phone to place order (20 minutes) Once ordered it came quite quickly BUT items on plate were luke warm. I couldnt be bothered to complain at the time as child was hungry. Saying that... last time i stayed this was a lot better.

Main advantages: Staff very attentive for check in, hotel very clean, good position as within shopping centre, bars, cinema, restaurants, shops.Excellent buffet restaurant called Neco within shopping centre.

Main disadvantages: It is hard to fault at this price, if I had a wish list an ironing board would have been nice.

Main advantages: Although this is not what you would call luxury accommodation, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom excellent, the safe was free, most people would have an excellent view and it was spotlessly clean. The staff coped well as my party were non Spanish or at least poor Spanish speakers. It is located over an attractive complex of restaurants and shops, including a very good and cheap supermarket. It is also adjacent to a El Corte Inglés. It is next to the 'Hemesferic', Planetarium, the Principe Felipe Science Museum, the Oceanarium and the Reina Sofia Arts Palace. All in all I would highly recommend it.

Main disadvantages: Only one small comment - website claims "Colon" as the closest Metro stop - several Km away. Actually, the "Maritim-Serreria" station is less than 1km away and is reachable on foot. Would be useful information to update on the website, especially as the Metro goes to the airport and is a very cheap and easy connection to the hotel.

Main advantages: Clean, modern, comfortable hotel. Very close to City of Arts & Science. Also conveniently located within a large shopping complex with lots of bars and restaurants just outside the hotel.

Main disadvantages: The thing I would like to see in the hotel rooms is a facility for making a cup of tea or coffee. Many people like a cuppa first thing in the morning! This would be handy even as an optional extra.

Main advantages: The location of the hotel was excellent, not only for the shopping but also for the arts and sciences. We did not have breakfast in the hotel as there were so many good bars and restaurants with in the complex. The rooms were clean modern and the staff friendly. If you want luxury go somewhere else. But if you want value for money I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

Main disadvantages: It was more for business clients as there were classes going on all three days we were there. Lots of smokers out side the entrance to the hotel.

Main advantages: Efficient bussiness hotel. Rooms were small but well laid out. Liked hardwood floors, no carpet. Best thing about this hotel was hard wired inter-net and close to Science and Arts Center

Main advantages: Great location just above the shopping mall, bars and restaurants. Next to the city of arts and close to the buses to the city center and beach (5 min walk) and metro station to the airport (15 min walk). Wifi in the rooms was working perfectly.

Main disadvantages: I didn't like the lack of privacy of the glass bathroom door.

Main advantages: The receptionist staff was helpful and friendly, but at check-in the desk clerk told us we would be getting the continental breakfast that I didn't think was included. We ate; it wasn't included. The location near the market and close to restaurants was convenient, and it was easy to get cabs.

Main advantages: This hotel was in close proximity to the sites we came to see: the Valencia science center and aquarium. We had trouble getting tickets though because the desk clerk wasn't trained. We enjoyed the adjacent 5 story mall, for good food and shopping. Liked the breakfast and free wifi. Room was small, sparse.

Main disadvantages: for the money I spent nothing actually

Main advantages: the hotel is new, elegant although simple and very conveniently situated in a shopping mall with cinema and restaurants at 200 meters from the city of arts and science. A major taxi parking area is just in front of the mall.

Main advantages: Excellent value for money. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Free wifi and use of computer provided at the reception. Hotel conveniently located at shopping centre and within walking distance from the Science centre. Lots of food choices. Highly recommended.

Main disadvantages: Not much really, maybe the supply of fresh towels / soaps / shampoos could have been slightly improved.

Main advantages: Its position midway between the historic centre and the harbour/beach areas is good. On its doorstep is the superb Oceanographic Park and the City of Arts and Sciences. The hotel is also located above a major shopping mall. It felt new and was comfortable and clean with good facilities in the room.

Main disadvantages: There were two computers in the reception desk, but most of the time the internet connection did not work.

Main advantages: The hotel is located in a complex with a lot of shops and restaurants. It was very convenient. The room was very nice and clean.

Main disadvantages: It's a bit hard to find the official entrance (which is the only way toenter/exit the hotel when the shopping center is closed). The first day,I entered through the shopping center and also that entrance was a bithard to find. The breakfast was ok, but not more.

Main advantages: It's located in the middle of a shopping center and a few meters fromCity of Arts and Sciences with its futuristic architecture. Convenientcommunication by bus both from the city center and to the polytechnicaluniversity (upv), where I was attending a meeting. Free internet!
