Set 350 metres from Levante Beach in Benidorm, the Complejo Poseidon has 2 outdoor swimming pools and spacious gardens. A gym, hot tub and heated pool are open in winter. The Poseidon complex is made up of the Poseidon and the Poseidon Palace, which share facilities. All rooms come with a balcony, satellite TV and a marble bathroom. The buffet restaurant at the Complejo Poseidon serves a range of Mediterranean dishes and has themed nights. There is also a reading lounge and a cocktail bar. Wi-Fi is available at an additional cost. A sports and entertainment programme runs daily. During the summer months, live shows are available on the open-air stages at both hotels. There is also a mini club for children in summer.

Main advantages: Very high standard set by staff who were very pleasant and helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable. Food was excellent and buffet had a large selection of dishes to choose from. Location is very good being near to Playa Levante and the old town. This is my third stay at the Poseidon and I would return to this hotel due to its high standard and location.

Main advantages: The hotel is very central to all the local amenities, the food was very good something to suit every taste, and the hotel was very clean, all in all a very good choice for a stress free holiday.

Main disadvantages: We had a family room with 2 double beds right next to each other that filled the room leaving no space between the 4 of us lined up sleeping. A double and 2 singles would have been more comfortable.

Main advantages: Clean facilities, helpful staff, good buffet and selection of food.

Main disadvantages: The food was mediocre, Just a limited number off the staff spoke English.

Main advantages: Godd clean room, large bedsa, very well located near the center of the town, WiFi access.

Main disadvantages: the walls were thin you could here people talking etc in the adjacent rooms.

Main advantages: enjoyed my time in the hotel i didnt do much but there were things to do if you wanted to, the staff were very polite and helpful. the room was clean and tidy.

Main disadvantages: Tea and coffee making facilities in the room would have been nice but this is rarely found in Spanish hotels.

Main advantages: Very welcoming friendly staff. Food was on a buffet basis and was varied and appetising. Pleasing to see that they retained a good Spanish influence in the choice of dishes rather than just serve English food.

Main disadvantages: The coffee from the machine at breakfast was terrible. The televesion could have done with at least 1 news channel in English as it was Spanish satellite tv.

Main advantages: Good value hotel. Buffet was excellent. Full board was the same price as bed and breakfast.

Main disadvantages: We had a key card to enter the room and this expired at 11.30 when checkout was 12 noon this took several attempts to get in the room to collect our belongings from 11th floor. A bit uncooperative on this one although English spoken was very good.

Main advantages: The dining room and staff therin where of a high standard and the hotel in general was very clean. Car park rates very reasonable.Very smart staff.
