Main advantages: Alex the receptionist was very helpful and friendly which made us feel welcome from the very start of our stay. The rooms were always clean and tidy and the hotel which was lively enough during the day enough to create a vibrant atmosphere, was quiet at night ensuring you got a good nights sleep.

Main disadvantages: There was a slight musty odor to the room when I walked in, but nothing that couldn't be fixed by opening the balcony doors.

Main advantages: It was setup nicely with full kitchen including microwave. The pool area with bar was nice. There was a small bar just around the corner called Trevor's. It was one of the friendliest I've ever been to. They have internet in the lobby. They had a TV with English, German, and Spanish channels, which is hard to find in Ibiza.

Main disadvantages: If you look too closely at the fixtures it's clear that they aren't perfect and have suffered some wear and tear which other people would probably enjoy having a good moan about but we didn't care at all, we paid just over £100 each for 5 nights so it was never going to be 5*!!

Main advantages: The room was a good size for 4 of us and had everything we needed. The hotel was quiet in the day and we weren't distrubed by any noise on the one evening that we retuned before 6am!! The staff were friendly and helpful and the location was excellent for getting to and from the bars and clubs, its a 5-10 min walk. A really perfect place for 4 non-rowdy 20 somethings on a fun holiday!

Main disadvantages: The coffee...

Main advantages: The pool area was very chilled out with great back ground music and the beer was cheap too... the hotel was only 5 mins away from the beach and 15 mins from the night life..

Main advantages: firstly the staff members were very friendly and helpful. the room we stayed in were clean and spacious. the view was amazing! ill be booking room 510 next year! see you then!

Main disadvantages: The staff were not very helpful. We asked for new clean towels and they wouldn't give us any. We told them our hot water wasn't working and they just told us it was. We asked them to come back in an hour to clean our room since we were not up yet and they didn't (meaning they didn't come for another three days). The only thing they were helpful with was restaurant suggestions.

Main advantages: The location was great, close to the beach and close to the city where everything was happening. The pool was also very nice and they had internet on site you could use (although it was a little expensive, 1 euro per 15 min.).
