Main advantages: This is the second visit to Michel Angelo Apartments. We choose to
return as it is in a superb location and the apartments are a very good
size and clean. It is a perfect location and whilst the furnishings are
not the most up to date, the surroundings are pleasant and its excellent
value for money. Would definitely go back again.

Main advantages: This is my 4th time and we meet friends from Holland there. For Benidorm
these apartments are spacious and have a seperate kitchen, and laundry
area with washing machine. Apartments whilst not over luxurious are
comfortable enough and always great value for money.

Main advantages: Was very happy as I booked a 2-4 person apartment for two days, and paid
80e for the wknd. When we arrived and was given the key u was surprised
to see that we were given the penthouse which cus sleep at least 8 ppl,
with 2 massive seperate terrace, ensuite bathrooms, amzing views of both
the sea and mountains. It was all #own down ti luck I guess!!

Main disadvantages: Wish we had a little more information from Hotel Staff regarding
touristy things to do in the area, and had a bit of an ant problem apart
from that it was good

again. We booed 6 rooms in total for 14 people and were more than
satisfied with the rooms

Main disadvantages: This time we booked 2 apartments, on arrival 1 apartment was upstairs,
this apartment was the standard & layout we expected although some of
the decor needs tweaking, it was fine, the 2nd apartment they gave us
was appalling! It was on the ground floor apartment "ba", the floor was
dirty & full of crumbs & hair, the air con unit was filthy, the curtains
were stained, the fridge was rusted, there was no separate kitchen it
was a studio apt with separate bedroom, the shower rail was held up by a
chain affixed to the ceiling, as was the light in the lounge area, the
bed settee was filthy, the microwave casing unit was cracked and
broken..in contrast to the one upstairs it was disgusting, we did
complain & the next day we were moved to apartment 2b, which to our
surprise was a 2 bedroom apartment which we didn't know they had...this
was much better and was the same standard we were used to on previous
visits, it was a bad start to our break there, but once moved we were
extremely happy.The staff were extremely helpful and polite .
Main advantages: We have stayed here many times and like the location, very near to the
beautiful Old Town part of Benidorm, only a 2 minute walk to a big
Mercandonas supermarket, beautiful Park opposite it ....apartments are
spacious and airy, and well equipped, although need some tweakings with
decor etc. The pool is a bonus and the lounge area and reception are
well equipped, the staff are always friendly and helpful, it was lovely
and quiet and we always enjoy our stays here,,,see below for unfortunate
events this time, despite this we would still stay here again.

Main disadvantages: The apartments are basic with mimimal and outdated furnishings (the beds are hard and uncomfortable).
Main advantages: We travelled as two couples in seperate one-bedroom aprtments. The staff were welcoming and let us in before the 3pm start time. Everything is spotlessly clean. The pool was very nice with plenty of good quality loungers. The hot water was plentiful and baths and showers were enjoyable. We were luckily able to park onsite as there is space for about a dozen vehicles. We were able to bring our dog and many other residents appear to have done the same although we heard no barking during our two night stay. Our companions made another booking to stay again in a two bedroom apartment whilst we were there.

Main disadvantages: We did not need air con but found this was not available in our room 8b but did hear there are rooms with ac fitted if you are here in the high season its worth asking the question.
Main advantages: We found the hotel very pratical the rooms was quite basic but clean . The location was good not in the party zone but only 5 mins from all bars cafes and the beach. We had a car and found parking difficult but found a part only 5 mins from the apartment where you could park with out cost in the residential sector on the opposit side of the supermarket which was next door and had all you need and was open from 9am until 9.45pm very handy and well priced . We enjoyed our stay and would stay again. The booking from this site was very straight foreward and would like to add for those of you hiring a car try Gold car at alicanti airport very good value and can be booked on line.

Main disadvantages: Apartamentos Michel Angelo really needs a PC with internet for person who work at the reception for checking in real time the booking. Oh yes, they have a PC with net, but only for clients. We had to wait for half an hour that our booking to be checked by other person from other office in town in order to finally get our room. Really OBSOLETE!!!
Main advantages: The appartment was big enough for us, and close to Supermarket Mercadona and the Aiguera Park. The view was great, from the balcony you could see the sea, park and city (Ask for high floor). But the couch (sofa) from the living room really needs to be changed.
