Main disadvantages: the pillows were rock hard (like sleeping on a brick) very uncomfortable
There was no vanity unit in the bathroom just a sink, so all toiletries were placed in the bidet as there was nowhere else to put them.
Towels were threadbare - not the best
Main advantages: The apartments were adequate for what we paid. Lovely power shower
We didn't use kitchen facilities, didn't need it, as we booked last minute and couldn't find anywhere else to stay.

Main disadvantages: Staff doesn't speak english, old air conditioning and bad refrigerator.
Main advantages: Nice apartments. Very good location - 10 min to the sea - 10 min to old town - 15 min to outside clubs, so u even don't need a taxi. Clean rooms, clean bedclothes. Not so much noise from the street. Big good terrace. A small market 24h in front of apartments and big supermarket Mercadona in 10 min from apartments. I would stay there again )

Main advantages: The housekeeper is very helpful and the apartments are right in between the old anfd new towns of benidorm si ideal location for us. there is a big supermarket behind this block about a 5 min walk away. We will use this apartment again.

Main advantages: I liked the apartments as they were very clean and central to shops and restuarants. The only thing I would say is noise travells especially at night.eg. noisy neighbours. We enjoyed our stay and would return in future.

Main disadvantages: the 150 euro deposit i thought was a bit much as it was a budget holiday and we got it back the day before leaving so i end up coming home with euros which i may have spent had i been there longer but this covers loss of keys so i understand their reasoning for this.
Main advantages: the room was beyond my expectations....for the money paid i was expecting something basic but we had everything and more...fully accessible kitchen with iron and ironing board, TV, large double wardrobe, safety deposit box (2 euro a day) and washing machine. free air conditioning and heating was an added bonus and having 2 different facing balconies was brilliant....excellent value for money and i shall be returning. i made my booking wrongly and turned up a day late but was accommodated for and just had to pay for an extra night which was fine as it way my mistake with my dates. it's also situated in the old town away from the tacky tourists! a key per person aswell.

Main disadvantages: Ants at the kitchen; some apartaments are on the first floor so if you select Benimar for the sake of beautifull view, try to ensure before which aparatements are available;
Main advantages: Spacious apartament (at least 50 square meters per 2 people), fully equiped, clean kitchen, washing machine, even ironing board. Quiet area though about 7 minuts from beach and old town.Supermarket Mercadona nearby.

Main disadvantages: The only disapointment was that the pool bar/snack bar was closed.
Main advantages: The apartments were lovely with loads of space, huge balconey, really clean and in a great location. Loads of lovely pubs/restaraunts close by and about a 10 min walk to the strip/show bars.

Main advantages: Very clean rooms but you dont get your room cleanedor towels chabged unless there more than 7 days. You do however have a washing machine. Pool area not very good about 10 sunbeds but beach is fantastic, 12 euros for 2 sunbeds and a parasol, sand gets really hot though.

Main disadvantages: Some kind of map showing where there are supermarkets would have been useful as the cafe in the hotel and the shop across the road were closed down. There is a Mercadona just a street back from the apartments but we didn't find it until 2 days before we left!
Main advantages: The apartment was large and very airy with 3 doors out to balconies (although one was only small with the air con unit, a sink and washing machine on) and a well equipped kitchen, There's loads of places to eat close by. Don't forget to take your washing up liquid etc with you and soap powder/gel as the clothes dry in about 15 minutes on the large airer on one of the balconies. The pool was small but well maintained. There is a shuttlebus service available back to the airport that was very reasonable.

Main advantages: the apartments were basic but clean. could have done with an iron and hairdryer but otherwise it was grand. while we were there we had a bit of bother with a crowd of young lads that were staying there we had to get onto management about them. the manager was very helpful. they were given a warning and we were leaving that day so we dont know what happened after. overall it was good and we would stay there again

Main disadvantages: A non-slip surface within/non-slip shower mat for the bath would be ideal; quite dangerous when shower is used as shower gel tends to make surface exceptionally slippy.
Main advantages: Apartment layout, facilities within and space were as good or better than any self catering holiday experiences in the past. Will definitely be back!!

Main disadvantages: i would have liked a couple of english channels on the television but ohter than that they are great. some of my family have booked for this summer's holidays 2010, and i will certainly be staying here again.
Main advantages: these apartments well equipted and have every thing you would need for your self catering holiday.very central to both the old town and new, i have stayed in benidorm a couple of tmes a year at least over the last ten years in all types of accommadations and these apartments have to be in my top five rated places to stay in. there is a great supermarket close by and the pool side bar is very reasonable.

Main disadvantages: the kettles didn't fit an electric oven. And the making of beds are some complex with the sheets and the blankets. I prefer the nordic way of making beds.
