| Main advantages: Just one word says it all..... Stunning. Free parking and wifi.
Fantastic service from everyone. Brilliant breakfast and the number 32
bus takes you everywhere for just 1.20e.... The best ride in the world. |

| Main disadvantages: Service at concierge was poor- they couldn't be bothered to providing a weather forecast for the day by simply referring to internet.
It would be good to have a beauty parlour /option of body spa / massage facility in the hotel.
It was not clear what the star rating of this hotel is. |
| Main advantages: Loved the interior decor and ambience which was suited to cater to the historic visit to Alhambra, and lovely location with beautiful view of the city. Service at dining hall was very good, and the buffet breakfast was excellent. |

| Main disadvantages: The building is a little tired in the furnishings and carpeting. |
| Main advantages: The hotel is in old fashioned moorish style on the way up to Alhambra.
It is little removed from the centre of the old town of Granada but it
was a lovely 10-15 minute walk through the park . We also had some very
good meals in the refined diningroom and enjoyed drinks on the terrace
overlooking the city. |

| Main disadvantages: When we registered the staff upgraded us and charged us for the upgrade.
We had to firmly ask them to check the booking as they insisted that the
costs were correct. After re-checking with a senior manager they
admitted the error and we had use of the junior suite as there were no
rooms available fro 3 people at the costs agreed at time of booking. We
were happy with the result but the hotel staff were not very pleasant. |

| Main advantages: The hotel is in an ideal location for visiting the Alhambra Palace. The
cost of a taxi into the city is less that 5 euros. There are also local
buses which pass the hotel - the fare into the centre is 1.20 euros. The
hotel is very elegant and both public rooms and bedrooms are immaculate.
Our room (411) had a terrace the size of a football pitch. The reception
staff were very helpful and the conciege parking was an unexpected
bonus. Views from the bar and restaurant terraces over the city are very
impressive. |

| Main disadvantages: Slow internet important when you are travelling for making travel
arrangements and downloading maps.bad design of bathroom especially bath-
divertor hard to operate, had to get into bath to put plug in. Head was
near bidet. |
