Main disadvantages: though the breakfast was not bad, it didn't have the variety one would expect from a 4-star hotel

Main advantages: nice place, walking distance to 5 metro stations, very comfortable and spacious rooms

Main disadvantages: Didn't seem worth it to pay 12 Euro for breakfast.

Main advantages: Large, very comfortable room with a great bed, big balcony and nice bathroom, free wifi was brilliant, satellite tv, complementary toiletries were good. It is reasonably close to the metro station that is two stops from Sol (the main central plaza) so that made it easy to get around.

Main disadvantages: The maids were very noisy at siesta time shouting with doors left open - impossible to sleep.On Friday night there was a botellon in the street below our room. The night manager did phone the police to ask them to move away but this did not happen. The noise was excessive and continued on and off till 5 a.m. We were told this was a regular thing on Friday and Saturday nights. Yet the hotel boasts of its souindproofed rooms......!

Main advantages: The room was large and very comfortable with an excellent bathroom.Buffet breakfast was good.

Main disadvantages: The spa facility was nice, but we noticed a bit too much chlorine in the pool water. Our eyes got red afterwards..

Main advantages: A friendly hotel staff, nicely located place and a comfortable room (although we would prefer a double bed compared with two separate beds:).

Main disadvantages: Maybe the way the room doors close, too noisy. And not a good insonorization on the walls separating the rooms.

Main advantages: Just a wonderful place in the ideal location, a quiet residential area with all the necessary services and just 5mins.from 2 metro stations,"Iglesia" & "Bilbao",connecting guests either to downtown or to the airport. Excellent, kind, helpful and welcoming staff.We got a wonderful room on the last floor.Definetely coming back next year!

Main disadvantages: They had a great breakfast (please convey my thanks for their delicious and selective breakfast), but I would have liked to see more selection for the daily/evening menu. They served late but there just was not anything on the menu that really caught my eye...and the pizza that I had was ok but for the hotel that it is, a 4 star, it could have been better.

Main advantages: The Staff were extremely helpful and kind, and friendly. I appreciated this since I had such a busy schedule.

Main disadvantages: Room service food for evening meal was ok quality, but expensive in my view for what it was. I used the gym and they charged me an extra €10 for "the spa", which I don´t view as reasonable.

Main advantages: Location was good, welcome and staff were very friendly. Breakfast was basic, but included in the room price made it good value for an overnight stay.

Main disadvantages: The staff was quite amateur, trainees probably. The meals are very expensive against the price they charge. The minibar was not well furnished and it's heat warmed up the room

Main advantages: The fitness and SPA are good, very new. Small but well done. Also the breakfast is worthwhile

Main disadvantages: Not one single taxi driver had ever heard of the hotel - 2 even dropped us off 400metres away in exasperation !!

Main advantages: Very very helpful and friendly staff. Convenient location for metro.

Main advantages: The location was very good, quite area, in a walking distance to everywhere. The Spa is completely new, clean and there was nobody. The coffee in the cafetery was very very good!
