Main disadvantages: This quiet residential area has rather a moderate selection of places to dine out within walking distance. However I've tried Bäkes restaurant which is a 10 minutes walk - it was very good (thanks to Beatrice's recommendation).

Main advantages: Villa Ammonit has now become my first choice accommodation for Berlin. Great location in a very quiet and green part of Lichterfelde district favours for comfort and relaxation. Rooms, decor, breakfast, amenities, every detail is an evidence of not only extraordinary taste but also a true passion for hospitality. The owners (Beatrice and Fabricius) are very friendly, and willing to make you feel at home, and you'll definitely want to come back again.

Main advantages: It was a perfect stay in Berlin. The host was very friendly and helpful. The room was a fully equipped and spacious apartment. The location was quiet and the Villa was beautifully restored and cared for. The rooms were very clean and lovely decorated. We didn't take the breakfast but the owner showed us around the estate and we are certain that the positive feedback is well earned. After a little walk we reached the s- Bahn station and easily arrived at the city center within 10 - 15 Minutes. We would have loved to stay longer and we most definitely will come back.

Main advantages: When we drove into the beautifull street where the hotel is situated, we knew this would be something special and it became true. The owner of the hotel welcomed us personally and made us feel at home instantly. From then on until the last minute everything was way above the standard. The room, the location, the breakfast, the quitness, and above all, the way Miss Fabrizius made us feel at home. We will return for sure and tell all our friends to go!

Main advantages: Villa Ammonit is the perfect example of a boutique hotel. With only three bedrooms you are made to feel more like a house guest than a faceless customer. The hotel has been renovated to the highest standards and the quality of the fixtures and fittings are truly luxurious. The friendly owners have created a wonderfully peaceful setting, mixing old and new design with an exquisite attention to detail. A delicious breakfast can be taken in the beautiful conservatory and is the best way to start the day. The hotel is situated in a leafy, quiet, residential area of Berlin. Car parking is available on the street. It is only a ten minute walk to the nearest S-bahn and you can be in the centre within 15 minutes. A wonderful place to stay!
