Main advantages: It was a beautiful and very comfortable hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The location was excellent and we were within walking distance of all the main sites. The swimming pool was great and the spa staff were excellent, we also had a great massage. The beds are the most comfortable we have ever slept in!

Main advantages: Very good location, in the centre of town, near to all main museums and sightseeings. Very friendly and helpfull stuff. The lobby of the hotel was impressive!! The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. And the breakfast was very good.The next time I will come to Berlin, I will stay here again.

Main disadvantages: The price for internet connection is quite expensive, as most european hotels.

Main advantages: The room was well equipped and maintained. Though little closet room and not very big, it was comfortable and provided all we needed- very good bed, heating was effective, including bathroom floor heating which was great.

Main disadvantages: I had trouble regulating the temperature in the room. It was too hot for my liking so I had to resort to opening to the window. The bed was too soft, would have preferred it to be firmer.

Main advantages: Great service, location, courteous staff and good food.

Main disadvantages: The cost of the breakfast at €30 is too much but even worse is the charge for using the internet. Also the dim lighting in the foyer makes the hotel feel dull.

Main advantages: I found the location an ideal base for access to most of the major attractions in Berlin. It is surrounded by a vast range of quality shops and restaurants. The staff were friendly and efficient. The beds were extremely comfortable and the rooms quiet and well air-conditioned. The breakfast buffet was extensive and well cooked.

Main disadvantages: High charges for internet access. Confusion on bottles of water available in the room.A Note implied they were free to use. They were not. They did reduce the cost after we complained.

Main advantages: Excellent room. Comfortable beds.Very helpful staff. Very convenient location for sightseeing.

Main disadvantages: This is very personal and as I am a perfectionist myself, I could mention some points (details) to be improved, but overall it is good and certainly would go back.

Main advantages: The Westin is in the heart of Berlin - Friedrichstrasse, which is in my opinion closed i.e. most central between Kurfürstendamm and Alexanderplatz, besides the fact this is the main street of Berlin. The Westin has allure and is very comfortable to be. What we liked best was the lounge area outside.
