If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Main advantages: My husband was working in Berlin for 5 years and now he is back in Brusels...we hesitate a long time to move definitvely in Berlin but we choose Brussels by facility...and this appartment I hired for a week end with a friend of mine to show her Berlin was just perfect to have the good nostalgy of Berlin. I just love the city, Prenzlauer Berg area, the parks, the restaurants...When I came in the reception of T&C apartements I just thouhg..Oh my god I could do this job too .... Who knows...maybe we will go back for ever...one thing is sure we will be back with our children for a weekend or week and we will hire a t&c apartment!!!!

Main disadvantages: Nothing, everything was perfect.

Main advantages: The apartment was spotlessly clean, it had everything we required, the location was perfect, and he staff were also very helpful - I will definitely stay here again.

Wendy Nieuw-Amsterdam, Netherlands - Group tour

Main disadvantages: Very noisy in the patio. It was very hot so we slept with the windows open. Bottle containers is the patio: not so smart.

Main advantages: Nice spacy apartment. Kitchen fully equiped (not that we've used it). Very clean. Comfy bed. Location is perfect. Restaurants, bars, cafes, bakeries everything is in walking distance. Staff is very helpfull and friendly. Loved the building. Great shower.

Main disadvantages: Kitchen floor was made of tiles, so it was cold under feet already in September.

Main advantages: Excellent location near the station in a hip area, nice restaurants close by. Kids' playground just opposite the building. Very quiet and stylish room.

Main advantages: It's a normal apartment - so living amongst other who are not necessarily holidaymakers. Not much privacy though, and because this building (wohnkazerne) has been built a century ago, there's wooden floors etc- hence noise from neighbours. We were lucky to find a carpark in front of the hotel (public with meter), a bit furtherup is a carpark. Just a short stroll to the schonhauser allee S and U-bahn station, where there's also a big shopping mall. Prenzlauer Berg turned out to be one of our favorit Berlin suburbs.

Lilianna Warsaw, Poland - Individual tour

Main disadvantages: That was one on the best apartments I've ever been. Highly recommended. The location is great because it not in the Mitte (city center) but in the most beautiful district of Berlin full of nice cafes and restaurants. The best option for sightseeing Berlin is to rent a bicycle and just feel this city. The apartments ate great - very very nice furnished, very clean, located in an old refurbished building.

Main advantages: The Prenzlauer Berg is a perfect location with great climate and nice cafes and restaurants.

Main advantages: Great location. Steps from metro but on a quiet, tree lines street. Apartment itself was large, beautiful high ceilings and hardwood floors. Honestly wish I lived there in real life.

Isik Istanbul, Turkey - Rest with children

Main disadvantages: We would recommend to replace the curtains with a darker colour instead of white to prevent daylight to wake the guests up early in the morning.

Main advantages: We really liked to have a bright and spacious room with a kitchen. The location was central and we had easy acces to U-Bahn. It was peaceful and clean, the heating was superb, we felt like having a home in Berlin.
