| Main disadvantages: Didnt have breakfast as wasnt included in the room rate and was expensive at €28 for cooked breakfast. Would have liked tea making facility in the room - only had coffee maker. |

| Main advantages: The hotel was beautiful and the staff couldn't have been more friendly
and helpful. Unfortunately, as I am afraid of heights and the reception
was on the 3rd floor and then our room was on the 10th floor which could
only be accessed through a glass lift that seemed to be on the side of a
building. I felt like I was jumping off the roof every time I had to
step into the lift. Funny for my husband but not for me. The next time I
go back I will get a room on the 3rd floor. |

shopping street of Berlin which is Kurfuerstendamm. The personnel is

| Main advantages: Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was large, nicely furnished, good bathroom. The rate for the room was excellent for the quality of the hotel. The hotel was very will located near metro stations and a shopping area in West Berlin. |

| Main disadvantages: The elevators: first, the hotel is located on the 3rd floor, you always need 2 elevators to get in or out ur room. 1 to lobby, 1 to room floor. And there are not enough to room floor so at check out time you wait forever. |

| Main advantages: Everything was perfect from the beginning. I came early and was given my room, and check out was OK after 13:00. Rooms were great, clean, designed well, a bit small for me but overall perfect. Breakfast was international and wonderful with much variety. Would definetely go back when I am in Berlin. |

| Main disadvantages: the concierge doesn't give good recommedations. the tour bus he sold us is more expensive than the street. and he only works between 10 -2pm and go for break till 5pm to 10pm ( something like that) so better go to Front desk staffs, they are much friendly. |
| Main advantages: The location of the hotel couldn't be better! only cost less than 20euro to the airport. the front desk staffs are very friendly, however the pillows are extremely uncomfortable. althought they offer different pillows, but the replacment actually worse. have a gym and sunna. |

| Main disadvantages: Nothing to complain here, it's a 5star hotel so expect some prices to be higher for breakfast and stuff! Breakfast is really good! Star treatment by all the staff, feel like royalty, stay at swissotell berlin! |

| Main disadvantages: Yes....the housekeeping will just come into the room with just one knock on the door.....before u can answer them...they already open the door ....this is rather rude and unprofessional for a 5 star class hotel. In most places if u do not place the "do not disturb" sign.... the housekeeping will not disturb ur room at all but this hotel even with the sign they will knock ur door afew times to ask if they can clean the room....this is rather annoying. |

| Main advantages: The room we stayed in was brilliant - very spacious and light with great views of the city and very comfortable - I've not had such a good night's sleep in a while. The bathroom was also very luxurious. The staff were very helpful about informing us about things to see in the local area and flexible in letting us check in early. Highly recommended. |

| Main advantages: Excellent hotel. I had booked two rooms. Met Febienne at checkin who brought us to our room and explained all appliances. She thought first room smelt of smoke and rang reception to see what other room was available, My sister and husband were there for their wedding anniversary.We got both rooms upgraded. They organised champagne and strawberries in room when we came back from dinner. Toni and other consierge were very helpful and also two girls in Cocktail bar. Location is excellent for shopping, and hotel only 5 minutes walk from station from airport |
