Main disadvantages: The breakfast was not so great. Also the price was rather high during the period we booked and I didn´t understand why!! Unfortunately we could not book for a later date.

Main advantages: The location is extremely good. The hotel room was from size and comfort very good - the whole hotel is airy and full of light owing to large windows.

Main advantages: Excellent location and quality. The hotel had provided an upgrade and the room (the suite) was luxurious: large, functional, silent, clean and well equiped. Next door's restaurants on the square are nice. The hotel has immediate access to the canals, the Alster and all the shoping galeries.

Main disadvantages: Neither the facilities nor the services invite any particular sense of luxury or pleasure, E.G. the breakfast-hall feels more like a basement stashed with tables with white table cloths. Somewaht overpriced breakfast, no coffee maker nor complimentary water in the room. The hotel is a pragmatic and perfectly decent choice for business, but I'd not prefer it for a private stay.

Main advantages: Convenient location, good work-desk at the spacious rooms and a taxi stop at the door, hence suitable for business. Nicely located beside a canal, only a short and pleasant stroll away from the Rathaus.

Main advantages: very good location close to shopping in Junfernstieg and harbour city. the hotel shows some wear and tear and this should be recified as the place is offering anything a business traveller is expecting.

Main disadvantages: No pool...

Main advantages: Large comfortable rooms....spotless well stocked bathrooms...comfortable beds with soft feather pillows...plenty of storage space....quiet with great black out curtains....friendly staff...great location..and a great spa.

Main disadvantages: High level hotel, perfect as Steigenberger Dusseldorf! Will visit again with pleasure!

Main advantages: Very good location near the neuer wall street for shopping, romantic restaurant under the sky (open window), helpful staff can park your car or make the reservation in the city restaurant, standard double room is perfect!

Main disadvantages: The prices were 5 star prices, but it really didnt feel like a 5 star hotel. It had no pool, rooms were nice but basic enough. We asked for a triple and got a very small cot bed

Main advantages: The location was excellent. Everything was within walking distance.
