Main disadvantages: Yhe only thing I didn't like, was the fact that the internet password didn't work and since the reception closed at 8pm, we were two days without conexion. Once I could tell them the problem, it was solved very fast.
Main advantages: The staff were helpful and very friendly. The studio flat was nicely decorated, clean and fully equiped. The area is nice, very close to Alexander Platz and walking distance to several cheap restaurants and bars. It was really good value for money.

Main advantages: It was clean and spacious and Adina who met us at the apartment was very
helpful, she made herself accesible and answered questions of things we
needed to find out. There was a washing machine which was very good
although you had to hang your clothes outside a window but it did dry
quickly. It is located in a shopping district where there were bargains
to be had and there were 2 metro stations within walking distance and a
supermarket just down the road. Thank you Adina for all your help and I
would definately stay there if I ever visited your city(which is very
beautiful) again.

Main disadvantages: Getting parking for the car was a little difficult, we had a rental car and to park in Berlin you must get a special 'green ' permit for your car and this involves going to a special mechanic and paying 5 euros if your car is considered economical. If it isnt then you cannot park in Berlin and if you dont have the permit you will be fined. Just something to be aware of if driving.
Main advantages: Great location and really nicely set up with lots of space, and the little deli downstairs comes in handy for a quick snack

Main advantages: The hotel is a gem in a great location filled with lovely restaurants and cafés. The staffs were very friendly and accommodating. The apartment itself was very spacious and clean with enough space for four to move around comfortably. Downstairs the hotel is a café where you can easily have breakfast and lunch to take away.
I will definitely stay there again.

Main disadvantages: The reception, and the cafe open at 8, it would be nice with a
possibility for breakfast before 8, for people on a business trip. The
same for the evenings. It is closed at 20:00, and I did not get to enjoy
the cosy place because of that.
Main advantages: Excellent staff, nice with the cafe on the ground floor, the room very
clean and confortable. The location very good, close to the U-bahn, nice
area with a lot of shops and restaurants around.

Main disadvantages: I didn't think the parking situation was very well thought out. We made our reservation months in advance, and in that time better arrangements should have been made for us. Day one we had a parking sticker for street parking in the area. Day two we had to move the car to a parking garage as the sticker was needed by someone else, day three we were back on the street again. This seemed unnecessary and poorly thought out. Hotel staff couldn't explain it either ... just smiling and shrugging. It seemed as though someone had made a mistake somewhere along the line and couldn't admit it.
Main advantages: We loved the apartment itself and the area of P-Berg. Berlin is a large and sometimes confusing city. At the end of the day (or as a midday break) it was great to have the apartment to return to, to unwind and refresh. Although we did not prepare any meals, it was still wonderful to have the option, plus a refrigerator and a washing machine. The location of the apartment was convenient to transit and there were useful shops on the block as well.

Main disadvantages: not a problem but remember its a city loacation with city noise., every body should go to berlin at least once in their life

Main advantages: was like having our own apartment in the city.very clean and comfortable and having the coffee shop downstairs was ideal for breakfast and lunch.They make their own pastas which are delicious.Only good things to say-was a wonderful weekend
