Main advantages: Lovely room and bathroom with fabulous shower. It was very quiet. The main areas were beautifully decorated with solid wooden floors. All the staff were extremely helpful. Breakfast was great and we enjoyed an evening meal in the Apples restaurant.

Main advantages: Great Hotel, very friendly personell, good fittness room and good cuisine. Also good value for money. we're used to 5 star hotels, but this one is definitely very good and deserves the 5 starts.

Main disadvantages: There's only "one" computer provided for the business room guests in the public area. If they provide more, this hotel would be perfect.

Main advantages: The sevice is wonderful. Before I checked in, they've already known my name. The first day I got there I had a cold so I asked if the kitchen could made a soup for me. They did and the next two days the waitress asked if I need to soup or not. And the location is in the center of Hamburg, main station nearby about 5 minutes walking, very convenient for shopping or traveling.

Main disadvantages: The bathroom in general is a bit cold & some of the showers in the spa area were not very clean.

Main advantages: The room was nice, with a huge bathroom & we loved going to the spa/wellness center to relax.

Main advantages: Have stayed at this hotel since 2001, it has the best rooms of any city hotel in the world. `they keep the standard very high. Staff very attentive, All rooms fitted with B & O TV/sound system." Apples restaurant is perfect. " Price for a room was 179 euro's, cheap for this standard. Cannot wait to return. Just go and stay there and you will agree.

Main disadvantages: I have been put into very small roms on the last 2 ocasions and I wonderwhy, as the hotel is obviously not full. The street outside the hotel isvery noisy at night as the hotel bins are emptied around 1 am and, evenwith the windows shut, it is not possible to sleep properly. This can bealleviated by having less noisy bins and educating the staff not tothrow things into empty metal objects.

Main advantages: The staff are always very friendly and the hotel still has aninternational feel to it.

Main advantages: This is an excellent hotel. Spaceous rooms. Delicious breakfast buffet. Staff is very service-minded. Room-keeping several times a day. Nice spa in the basement. Simply lovely all around.
