Guest Mannheim, Germany - Individual tour

Main disadvantages: No minibar in the room, no coffee maker or water kettle, and no vending machines in the hotel. Sigh. This was the only think I hated about my holidays: that I couldn't have my cup of tea before bed.

Main advantages: Nice breakfast buffet. Good value for money.

Guest APO, USA - Rest with children

Main disadvantages: noise from the very busy road 10 meters from the window. people standing right outside our window talking loudly at night. People smoking right outside our window. Beds could use a matress pad to make it a little softer. Staff would not remove a chair from our room to make space for the crib. This I felt was DDR mentality shining. I almost threw it out the window I was so mad.

Main advantages: Great breakfast and friendly staff. Free parking was a bonus. Location was pretty good being 10 min bike ride to the beach. Needless to say it was a pretty good option given it was about the only option under 300 Euro per night.
