Main disadvantages: I didn't like the staff at the front desk. They do not speak good English. In particular, one young lady directed us to all the wrong places in the city and whenever we had something to ask she would act like wanting to get rid of us as soon as possible.

Main advantages: I liked the spacious rooms and the good value for money. It's location is also excellent, whether you want to do shopping (it's in the heart of the shopping district), or visit (you can jump on the SBahn and get to anywhere in the city).

Main advantages: Location is perfect for shopping on Ku'Damm. It's very close to the u Bahn for easy access to the rest of the city. Hotel itself is extremely clean and comfortable. ROoms are spacious and very well maintained and decorated.

Main disadvantages: It struck me that this is very much a business hotel : rather impersonal and formulaic. A really good breakfast can be had at nearby cafes for a fraction of the cost of a breakfast at the hotel. And while they charge 18 euros per person for breakfast, they supply one tiny square of soap per room........we had to ask on several occasions for more soap/shower gel. Probably they are used to single occupancy for business purposes and one night stays only?

Main advantages: It's located in a very pleasant area of Berlin, near good restaurants, transport facilities to major sights, shopping etc.

Main disadvantages: Breakfasts very expensive - better value to eat at one of the many local cafes which all offer breakfast. I did not think that the room facilities reflected 4 stars. Very mean with the tea bags which were topped up daily but just one bag of each type. Likewise with the bathroom gels and soap. They were only replaced when running out. And no shower caps or body lotions provided.

Main advantages: An excellent position, handy for buses and trains , in a lovely part of the city. Reasonable price.

Main disadvantages: I sent my parents to this Hotel as a present, my credit card details were provided in the booking. However, instead of charging my credit card at the end of the stay, they made my parents pay at arrival at the hotel, which is very unusual and totally unacceptable. Please contact the Hotel for this mistake.

Main advantages: Excellent location, good breakfast, nice hotel.

Main disadvantages: Free wifi should be available across all hotel rooms and not just in the lobby - this is European standard. And even the lobby access is limited to 30 min's which you have to renew...

Main advantages: Very comfortable room, ideal city-center location in a quiet side street, delicious breakfast
