Main disadvantages: No kitchen utensils (E.G. to make tee or coffee); double bed was just two single beds pulled side-by-side (not very comfortable for a couple); very slow elevator in the building; reception in the 5th floor is a bit strange.

Main advantages: The room was spacious, clean, with a big bathroom, designed with simpleness yet tastefully. Very good location, just across the Museum for Natural Science, near the Main Railway Station.

Main disadvantages: Breakfast was not included and you had to pay 7 extra euro.

Main advantages: Mainly, location. The hotel was only 10 minutes walk from the main train station (Berlin Hauptbanhof), and the Natural History museum was almost next to the hotel. Also, I arrived the day of the 50th anniversary of the Berlin wall and one of the exhibitions was a 15 minute walk from the hotel. Also, the people at reception were very nice. Another important point is that it was one of the only hotels in the area that offered free internet in the rooms, if I recall correctly.

Main disadvantages: The room was on the 5th floor but the windows were so high up that I could not enjoy the view. Also the room was always really hot ( there was an electric fan for this reason I'd imagine). Breakfast was quite basic too and wasn't not included but costs €7.5, which I thought it was not value for money. They made the bed daily but didn't change the towels or hoover the room.

Main advantages: The room was basic but clean with a single bed and ensuite bathroom with shower. Soap was also provided and the room was big enough not to feel restricted for space. The location is perfect as it is right next to the Naturkunde museum and one can actually walk to friederichstrasse and the Jewish quarter in 10 minutes. It's also very conveniently located to get to from Tegel.

Amanda , - Individual tour

Main disadvantages: The room could use a desk lamp. The bathroom could use more shelf space. The neighborhood is not very picturesque and doesn't offer much in the way of restaurants, shopping or nightlife within walking distance. This is more a hotel to drop your stuff and sleep at night.

Main advantages: There are several local transportation stops nearby, including the main train station. Internet connection was free, fast and consistent. A staff member is on site 24/7. There are grocery store options around the corner (although no refrigerator in the room).

Main disadvantages: No refrigerator in the room, but not a big deal.

Main advantages: Very close to center of Berlin, the room was very bright and clean, the bed was comfy and the bathroom was large and nice and also very friendly staff.

Fransisca , - Business trip

Main disadvantages: I don't like the fact that the mirror in the bathroom is quite high that i can't see my reflection of myself in the mirror in the bathroom so each time i had to brush my teeth and do some make up i have to get out from teh bathroom and use the mirror in the room (thank god they have another room !). I am 157 cm tall, so i realize that i'm quite short but surely not that short, i'm pretty sure that the lady in in reception will not be able to see her reflection in the mirror aswell =p.

Main advantages: i like how the bathroom is really really clean and spotless, you can tell from the toilet seat, how shiny and spotless it is. Oh, and the room is quite big.
