| Main advantages: The location is excellent as it offers good access to both u & s trains
and buses whilst being in older residential area. The area has
excellent modern and traditional cuisine and bars, which the newer city
centre lacks. |

| Main disadvantages: Hand on heart, I dont think there is anything I didn't like. |
| Main advantages: We wanted a 5 star hotel in the heart of the City with a decent sized
suite that didn't cost an absurd sum of money. The Adlon Kempinsky was a
great deal of money for an unremarkable suite and so we booked for 3
nights here on the basis if the reviews. This place gets 5 star reviews
and quite rightly so. The suite was very spacious with a conservatory
and kitchenette. The staff were falling over themselves to assist
whenever needed and we were made to feel welcome in a very genuine way.
The hotel is situated on the Ku'damm ( as they say in Berlin) which is a
riot of shops, cafes and restaurants. Rolex, Gucci, Prada, ysl, Hugo
Boss, they all have shops her and the jewl in the crown is the KaDeWe a
kind of Berlin Harrods but with style and no bling. Check out the
restaurant on the top floor! This is a great hotel and a great venue to
launch your City excursion. |

| Main advantages: Perfect location in central Berlin near shopping centres and many attractions. Five floor building with classic style interieur, large room (we had a suite) with elegant furniture, bath room with shower and tub, very nice swimming pool and sauna and shower facilities in the basement, romantic atmosphere, serviceminded and friendly staff. |

The location was great. the staff were very helpful and friendly. the website was difficult to follow as we needed an extra bed for a child, which was free, but difficult to work out on the website. We couldnt understand why the hotel offers great breaks on the rooms but charges so much for breakfast. That was a dissapointment for us. Otherwise great hotel. |

| Main advantages: The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The cleanliness and presentation of the hotel was superb. Its the small touches that make all the difference and we liked that the staff were thoughtful enough to provide a childs bathroom for our 4 year old son. |

| Main disadvantages: Had to pay 100 euros for the late check-out (the rate for the overnight stay was 105!).
The hotel was empty when we stayed so we felt it was really odd when they charged us almost the daily room rate for late check out |

| Main advantages: We found the staff to incredibly helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they were always welcoming and cheery. Clearly one of the greatest assets of the hotel. |

| Main advantages: We booked the Family suite, which was a very spacious, luxurious suite. Fully equipped kitchen, big bathroom and bedrooms and nice balcony. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful in case we had questions about the city or the accommodation. The pool and wellness area was excellent as well, ideal to relax after a busy day. To summarize : Simply superb!!! |

| Чудесный отель, вполне стоит своих денег. Особенно понравилось расположение на Курфюрстендамм, очень удобно и для похода по магазинам, и для знакомства с достопримечательностями. Доброжелательный персонал, есть даже русскоговорящая девушка. Просторные светлые номера, отличный завтрак шведский стол на любой вкус. |

| Main disadvantages: Our visit was in early June and it was hot. This 5* hotel does not haveair-conditioning...and when I requested fans for our two rooms the firstnight, I was told there were none available - they had all been "loanedout". In my opinion, this is unacceptable. Our first night there wasmiserable. The hotel was not full, so they obviously don't have enoughfans for the rooms they booked. Unfortunately, the way it was handled bythe front desk made the situation worse. (The next two nights we wereprovided with a portable air cond unit and a fan.) |

| Main advantages: The staff at Louisa's Place are fantastic- so helpful and friendly. We were happy to see them each day! The room was great - nicely decorated and very comfortable. We could have stayed for much longer and been very settled. Hot chocolate and complimentary water was a very nice touch along with tea and coffee. |

| Main advantages: Everything. Its a great place to stay, has all comforts you need and if anything should be wrong the staff will dig deep to get it solved. They are _very_ helpful. Charming and Elegant describes the hotel as well as the staff very accurately. |
