Main disadvantages: I didnt like that the bathroom didnt have proper doors - it was
connected with glass wall only and it doesnt give a privacy when you go
on the wc I would appreciate staying in higher floor
Main advantages: I liked the location and comfortable bed, was very pleased by the spa
and resto/bar services, also the view was great overlooking the river

Main advantages: Large sized well furnished comfortable room with a great view. The bathroom was also a good size with bath and shower. Always ask for a room on the highest floor possible.

Main disadvantages: The staff was not very good during our stay; the afternoon we arrived we were told that the hotel would not have power from 11:30 pm until 05:30 am. It wasn't a problem because we would be sleeping anyway. When we arrived to our room, we noticed that we had flashlights and glow sticks we could use during the late night. Unfortunately though, the flashlights had batteries that were dead. I notified the front desk to have the batteries replaced. No one ever came up to our room to replace the batteries. I called four times before giving up. I also inquired about having coffee sent to our room and not once did anyone bring us coffee. The staff working that afternoon and night were just terrible; other than that, is was a nice hotel.

Main advantages: The room was very very spacious and with a nice and clean decoration.Everything is very new. They offer a good package of internet and films. The location is good, although access with public transportation is quite limited. They have a parking option within the building, with afordable daily rates. We stayed for 3 nights (wife, 4yo kid and myself), and we loved it.

Main disadvantages: Every thing was perfect.
Main advantages: I got free upgrade to Jonior suite. The room is very large. The river view is very nice. The breakfast is excellent. The location is very close to S/U-ban (5-10 minutes walk) and a bus station is there in the front door. Also it is a 20 minutes walk to the shopping street "Ziel".

Main disadvantages: The breakfast was too expensive! 23 euros per person is outrageously expensive for breakfast.
Main advantages: The view of downtown Frankfurt, the location next to the river, the secure parking.

Main disadvantages: No assistance with luggage upon arrival. Gym was very small with minimal equipment.
Main advantages: Great location, but quiet, and only 10 minute walk to downtown. Room was bigger than expected, with lots of space for an extra bed. Clean, comfortable and good view of river. Front desk staff was helpful and courteous.

Main disadvantages: My waste ben was empted on the plate on the table, and than was not empted at all. I was very surprised
Main advantages: Freindly staff, willigness to be useful, they were ready to help - especially young man on reception, who could speak English and Russian perfectly.

Main disadvantages: Location was a bit away from central city action - but only 2 blocks from S-bahn and a couple of stops from HBF
Main advantages: Well appointed hotel with first class amenities and design. Large suites with separate bedroom and entertainment areas. Decent restaurant

Main disadvantages: The staff forgot to charge us for parking (although I asked at check out about it) so had to return from garage to pay after a failed attempt to exit it. 20 Euro for it is a bit expensive I think. The reception area is small, 5 people and luggage tends to be too much already.
Main advantages: The Superior Room was really good, comfortable and spacious. Underground parking, wifi internet. Nice hotel overall.
